I called the night before and the morning of to see when/if the Western Union was available. I have to take the bus so I went around the time they said a lady who works in that section will get there. When I’m there I am told that “we don’t have that… the system is down.” Which confuses me because if I called several times why wasn’t I informed beforehand. When I tried to call their office again, they didn’t answer (I called twice).
