Strictly a review for the Amazon return* Girl that works behind the Amazon return station always has an attitude and seems to get irked by the smallest things. I come to this location because it's the most convenient location but because of her, I'll make it a point not to. Even with the attitude, I thanked her for helping me. She just let out a sigh and turned her back on me. K.

First time visitor at Whole Foods Market! Heard about them, just never shopped there. We came on a Thursday evening, around 5:30 pm. Parking was almost full. The store was crowed but nothing too crazy. It is actually a big store, at least bigger than I had in mind. They do have lots of options, lots of different products, meats, pastries, soft drinks, wine, hard liquor, cold cuts, etc. Store is well lit, well organized, and clean. The cashier and bagger were ok, not rude or anything, just not very welcoming, we barely got a "Hi" out of them. I didn't know it was a bit more expensive here than other stores. I usually buy groceries at Trader Joe's and this store definitely felt a bit more expensive. Is it just me? I didn't really buy anything extra from my normal grocery lists lol. Oh well! Maybe is just me.

Management doesn't care when a shopper pushed a motorcycle through the isles. The shopping experience needs some TLC.

Best place to get a really good cake for an inexpensive price. The fruit tart, berry Chantilly, and strawberry shortcake are all delicious! The double layer 8in berry chanilly is one of our go to cakes, when we have a large group. The baker can write on the cake for you. Some of the bakers are nice, some not so much. The single layer 6in cakes are tiny. Looks like it's good for 1-2 people. HAPPY BAKERYING

We are regulars here and often walk over when the parking gets crazy at times. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but we love it here. Produce is fresh, workers are helpful every time I've asked to help find something, and the seafood department has gone out of their way to make salmon poke when I asked for some but it wasn't readily available. The bakery department is always quick and helpful and the cheese department always asks if I need help finding anything. Store is clean from what I can see. Sushi was delicious, even though sometimes there's more rice than fish (can work on that part). Overall we come every week or two for groceries and I always find what I'm looking for. The only thing that can be improved is the availability of sushi grade salmon or poke. It used to be there but not sure if it's a seasonal thing. Thanks WF Irvine for a lovely shopping experience every time!

CUSTOMER ALERT: I recently purchased 3 Amazon Gift Cards from this store and they have been scammed. The store couldn't help me at all and send me back to Amazon online customer service and then I was sent back to the store, and then send back to online cs again.....very frustrating and didn't expect this to have happened at WF or Amazon.....

I believe the manager I spoke to was Balstan and he was really attentive, followed through and was incredibly nice. Great asset to the location

There is too much rice in the rainbow roll sushi. They could have at least, added more avocado instead of rice on inside.

Love this place for almost everything! I feel like I save so much time on their produce department because everything is so nice and fresh. I love the extra Amazon Prime discount too! Service is always spot on and they really take a lot of pride in their store with how clean it is.

I shop at this store because it is close by my work and convenient but I will never come to this location again. They have a product mislabeled on the price and last few times changed my price on it no problem. So when I am checking out again asked to adjust the price because of same thing I did not know they labeled it wrong and the lady in the checkout decides to have an attitude with me over their mistake. It's not my fault they are putting products in the wrong place with the wrong price. There's no reason for her to have an attitude with me and be disrespectful right infront of the manager and other customers the way she talked to me everything. I should not feel the way I felt when I'm just trying to buy my groceries and go home. Being told things like "I don't care" and she definitely showed me that giving me a hard time for holding them to something being labeled a certain way is not something I should be disrespected over infront of a line of people. You should not be a checkout person if you cannot handle customer service. Find a different job in the store where you are not around people or find a different job all together no one should ever feel the way I just did.

Good location and very helpful produce workers. Everyone working here always goes above in beyond to look in the back for product. The girl working the other day was willing to help me out even though she was busy. I got my sage.

CHEESE DEPARTMENT This message is to ALL the food chains you operate. When it comes to cheeses, you are totally in the dark. For example: camembert is to melt when left out after 20 minutes...it oozes. Not YOUR Camenbert!!! Also, cheese is NOT TO BE sold after the rind turns. the effect on the cheese is that it taste VERY BITTER!!!! take it off the shelf. Sorry.... I'm just a person who lives in France & knows authenticity.

I don't really know why people don't like this Whole Foods. It's pretty solid and all the employees are straight up chillers who always are down to help me out when the self checkout machine inevitable stops working while using it. The worst part about this Whole Foods is the large amount of local Irvine residents who can't drive and will probably run you over in the parking lot. Still worth going just park closer to the end and you'll be alright
