Jessica took great care of me during my pedicure. She was friendly and meticulous, making sure my feet got some good care (exfoliated, massaged, and various treatments) and the nail polish was absolutely without flaw. During the treatment I enjoyed the massage chair as well. My appointment started promptly and the studio itself was bright and clean. It lasted one hour (again very much on time) and it was a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule appointment online. Took
my daughter and our nails were done exactly how we asked with a picture. We both got the GelX nails but, my daughter wanted a specific design. Very happy with this nail salon and will definitely be recurring customers.

this was my first time coming to wynn nails and i couldn't have had a better experience! wendy did my nails, i asked for gel x with 3d nail art. she made them look identical to if not better than my inspiration photo! i've never seen a nail technician who is so detailed with their work. she was also so sweet and made me feel very welcomed and cared for. the price is definitely worth it for such clean and precise work. my nails look absolutely flawless! i would 100% recommend coming here, i don't think i can go to any other nail salon after this. thank you so much wendy i will be returning!!

I am new to Irvine and was looking for a new nail spot. Making an appointment online was easy. Danny did a great job on my pedi. I was not happy with the work and attitude of the woman who did my mani, but I called the business later in the day to express my concerns and they got me in the next day to fix the mani. Vivian fixed my mani and they look great! The space is clean and I appreciate how my concerns were addressed.

This was my second time here. My nails looked amazing the first time. I had Leon this time and he spent SO much time on a simple job. Two plus hours on a simple pedicure and my nails are sharp and the design was so basic. Great massage, but not worth the time I spent there!

The customer service I experienced yesterday was egregious. I initially got a gel manicure from here and the next day my nail polish began to chip. This is the first time this has happened to me from receiving this service at this location.
I returned to Wynn and explained the situation. Ultimately they agreed to remove the polish and apply a new color coat. The nail tech who did my nails was so rude, didn’t speak to me throughout the process, and didn’t even let me know she was finished with my nails, she just got up and walked away. I will not be returning to this establishment.
