Delicious soft ice cream. You can choose the toppings yourself and ultimately you pay for the weight. Unfortunately, certain varieties are often empty.

Out of toppings. The kids running the place acted like they didn't want to be there and were just goofing off and talking to friends that kept coming in and out from outside. Was a Friday night high school hang out spot apparently.

I love this place! I have enjoyed the frozen yogurt from this location in Irvine (Close to UCI) for the past couple of years and have not been disappointed! Following a car accident, I began ordering it by delivery, which worked out so well I often still do! Even by delivery, the staff still takes the time to package it well and ensure the order is correct! In addition to the place itself and its yogurt, the staff is fantastic and very personable!! In fact, from my occasional phone calls asking if a specific flavor is available, I've found that more than one staff member literally knows who it is and greets me by name before I even have a chance to tell them! They even remember my usual order. This kind, personable attitude is something that is far from the norm in this day and age! Their consistent, kind demeanor reminds me of what things must have been like ages ago! Long before, so many acted entitled, too often treating the people serving them as if they were insignificant! Serving the public is a tough job, and when it's performed at this high level, I am incredibly impressed! I have to admit that while I don't have impossible or unrealistic expectations for any establishment, I do have relatively high expectations that need to be met before I feel comfortable writing glowing reviews that others may use when deciding where to go. That said, this place, its yogurt, its flavors, and its amazing staff far surpass those expectations! My sincerest thanks to all of you at the University Center Yogurtland for your hard work and simultaneous positive demeanor that, IMO, goes unrecognized far too often! (and BTW, thanks for the cute drawings on the bags I receive!! HaHa!).

The staff are the nicest! I was a couple dollars short once after my gift card couldnt work and the employees payed for it <3 they are so nice and the yogurt is the best <3 been going there for 6 years and with love I can say Im a happy customer

Credit card machine broken so cash only. Some of the yoghurt dispensers are broken so very small variety of flavors. Very disappointed. Iy used to be my go to for frozen yoghurt but will have to find another one.

Really clean place! I was helped by a very sweet girl, Sofia I believe was her name, and she was so nice! Smaller location but very kind staff :)
