“I bought a dryer the first time. Then went back and bought the matching washer. The prices are great for brand new items and the service is amazing. They delivered both items, installed them and even hauled my old items! We needed a special part to install the washer and they had it in the truck and there’s it in for us! This is the only place I will purchase appliances from now on. I will be going back to get my new refrigerator and stove when I do my kitchen remodel. They have a dedicated customer here. ??”

“The fridge died. Everything was in a cooler while we found a replacement. We went to Howard’s and found a large selection in-stock and a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson in Deann. We saw 3 contenders after some comparisons with delivery options available the next day. The Memorial Day sale was still in effect and prices were competitive. We chose one and it was delivered the next day before lunch. The installation went well and all the packing trash was taken away. The entire process couldn’t have gone smoother.”

My dryer was making this excruciating loud sound when it was on it was so annoying not knowing any one to look at it, I decided to trust the internet I went through a few companies and read the reviews and it’s not easy calling someone you don’t know and they have to come to your home to fix the Dryer. Well I had to make a choice and I picked this company they had good reviews and I went with my gut feeling.
I have no regrets thank you for the service It was fast but most of all professional and Reasonable!

“I ordered the wrong cable for my generator on Amazon in 2021. We found out we were going to experience a scheduled power outage overnight on 04/14/23. While we were setting up the generator to use for the first time, we noticed I had purchased the wrong cable. I figured that I would be out of luck because of the amount of time that had passed. I called Paul and explained the situation he said I was close by his shop and he would bring me the correct cable. What a genuine and caring person Paul is, we are truly grateful for his tremendous customer service.”

“Today I went in with my boyfriend to make him his set of keys for the house so he can have his own. We asked a worker in front where do we go make the keys I didn't get his name but he told us. We went to the kiosk and here comes the district manager Richard asking us if we need help. We said yes. He made 4 keys for us today. He was so friendly and helpful. “When the LA store, which is now closed, was still open, I bought a Samsung drum washing machine there. They even gave me a free one-year warranty. In conclusion, it’s impossible to buy such a great product at such a low price as a new item. Even finding a used Samsung drum washing machine of the highest specifications that I use is difficult. Especially the Korean female staff member, whose name I don’t know, provided the best service with her kind, friendly, and professional attitude. I hope this store continues to thrive and stays in business for a long time, so consumers who want to buy good products at fair prices can choose it. Thank you so much !”
“We dropped in to check out a few items for our new outdoor kitchen. Pablo was very knowledgeable and helped us get the things we needed (and not get the things we didn't need). He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us all the specs of the appliances we were looking at. He made ordering and delivery a breeze. Pablo really made our experience a great one! I will definitely come back for anything BBQ/outdoor kitchen related. A few notes - it's a little hard to get to the parking lot unless you're going north on Rosemead, so get yourself on that side of the street. And the store looks closed due to tinted windows, but it's not, so don't turn around because it looks closed - try the door!”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”
