Well lit, clean exterior. Everything appears in working order. Loud, awful Spanish music (sad cover tunes of movie themes!?) blaring to abate the dirty hippies & deter the panhandlers.. Bonus Joe B!den "I did that" sticker next to the high prices at the pump.
