I went to this shop with no brakes and flat tires stressed out and wondering how expensive it would be . The professionalism and time that was taken on my bike changed everything now I'm worry fee up and down the street everyday thank you so much for the care you took on my bike

I went to buy brake pads for my bicycle. They said they are so busy they couldn't take a look at my bicycle to see which brake pads would fit. There were no other customers in the store. I will never come here again. Not helpful at all, worst customer service. I was trying to support local shops but now I understand why I should just purchase all my bicycle parts online. I bicycled 2 miles to support my local bicycle shop but I was sadly mistaken. This is not a friendly or helpful shop at all. I just wanted to buy some brake pads but they were too busy to help me. That's crazy...

I really wanted to like this place, I wanted to support local instead of going all the way to Incycle so I call and ask for a service quote. She tells me $70 and I say okay I get there the following day and the price changes to $90 she says it's an error on her part yet I have to pay? Terrible way to run a business if YOU make a mistake you can get yourself a repeat customer by validating the quote YOU gave instead of trying to make $20 extra. I would've paid $90 from the get go but it's about the principal not about money. If I can't trust you with a quote I can't trust you with my $10k bike DONT COME HERE, go to incycle

I give this place 5 stars they really know what they are doing very knowledgeable at corrected me on bad advice that other cycling shops gave . They gained a new client & friend and I will be doing weekly cycling with the owner and team

I needed a quick tune-up for my ebike, and couldn't pass up the $60 charge that Irwindale Cycles offered. I dropped my ebike off on a Wednesday and told them they could take as long as they'd like doing the tune up since I wasn't in a hurry. My ebike was done on Friday, and picked it up on Saturday. To my surprise, they only charged me $45! They told me that most of the things on my ebike were good, and only a few things needed to be done. So they didn't feel that I should pay the full price. When a company takes the initiative to do good work and save some money for its customers, then you know that company is honest and cares about the people they service! My brakes needed some serious adjustments. When I got the ebike back, I took it for a ride, and no more squeaking from the brakes!!!! I'm very happy and satisfied I chose Irwindale Cycles! Definitely going to be a repeat customer! I have a few parts on order that I was going to install on my ebike myself, but I decided I will take it to this shop! I always like to support small local businesses especially in these tough times. Irwindale Cycles will get my support, and so should you! Drop by this shop for your bicycle needs! I'm sure you'll be just as impressed like I am!
