Working in hvac you always run into issues. Having the Johnstone’s team and specifically this location has been great. The guys there are extremely helpful and have had our back for a number of years now. Special thanks to Fernando for being a great guy to work with.

Fernando -Lu -George -Gino and Ryan just want to say to all the guys working at the Irwindale branch are awesome very helpful and kind I feel like it’s a family atmosphere when I’m inside the supply house with all the guys. I go to Johnstone Irwindale branch 21. For all my Hvac needs. Fernando Gino loue and the boys all know me by Jacob my First name and that I work for accurate. They always have everything I need and have my orders ready for me when I need to pick them up. They are quick to track down parts for me and always get back to me quickly when they are busy

Jonstone is my go to place for all my Hvac needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all equipment! Great stock of equipment as well!

Come here often. Great costumer service. Gino, Fernando and the rest of the guys in the front counter are always a big help very knowledgeable and most of all they get you what you need!

They most likely got what u need or can get it for you , they are unprofessional use profanity with other contractors in the store have side conversations while (helping you ). Forget to properly provide a quote waited the weekend just to be told my order doesn’t exists. Then act like it’s my fault because I can remember the guys name who help me. I told them time and date I was in the store , But all that chit chat must have confused them. Seriously done using this vendor

Have been here 2x now in the last few weeks and each time the employees are not friendly and act as if customers are a bother. Both times we stood quietly in line waiting to be acknowledged as it appeared they were busy finishing something up. No problem. But when you are finally acknowledged its with an eye roll and a sigh. Gave 3 stars because they are very knowledgeable of their products but leave customers feeling unwelcome.

It is difficult to return things (unopened) at Johnstone Irwindale store. Even if they refund, they only give you store credit and won't tell you store credit will expire in 30 days. If you come back to buy something, they won't tell you that you have store credit to use. If you forget, you are losing your store credit. People working there are unprofessional and rude.Today is 9/4/2020, Johnstone called me saying that I owned them $9 dollars something for my last purchase one month ago. How ridiculous it is for people working there who cannot figure out numbers.I did recall one thing. I went to Johnstone several months ago to buy a mini split lineset cover in the morning. In the afternoon, I found I still needed one more piece therefore I went back. You know what two guys sold me the same item at two different prices! What a mess their system is!
