I am always worried to leave a stellar review as it might seem fake or I got some incentives. But as a disclosure... none of that... I found a gem with L.A. Custom grill. Brock and his team were simply beyond all expectations. From pricing, to service to workmanship. Just outstanding from A-Z. They made a dream come true and I am so thankful. On a side note, when crews come in to do some work, I have never seen such positive synergy like I did with them. They are not just a working crew, they feel like best friends. For whatever it is worth, it is a huge plus in my list. The job is now 90% done and I have just been over-pleased from start to finish. My next project after the bbque island is a sit-down fire-pit and needless to say it will be them!

Wow! These people really know what they are doing. Reliable, thoughtful and competent are some of the words that come to mind. I appreciated Brock's ideas that made my project better. After replacing my old grill, Brock volunteered to tile the open spaces and gaps with extra tile he had at his shop. His team made recommendations for electrical work that streamlined and made the island more practical. It made all the difference. I got the impression that they cared about quality work. Nice job!

Awesome place to work for, certainly full of new things to learn. Super clean, friendly, and the owners are great individuals that don't forget about their team of workers. They are great leaders leading a group of guys giving it all. If you talk to them they work with you, it's quality work so don't expect it to be on the low end but I say again they're good people they'll work with ya. They know their business really well and don't take less than excellence.

Brock is the man!!! I called him first at 7:30 PM thinking I will get an answering machine and not only did he pick up but he spent about half an hour going through my ideas and even giving me a quick quote over the phone. He's incredibly professional, build's great outdoor BBQs and is a man of his word. We had some ideas and pictures of what we wanted, which he was able to create into the perfect outdoor barbecue. He even built a pergola for us. You will love his work.

I found Brock at LA Custom Grill Island ( LACG) Found LACG on Yelp and read the reviews. Visited their business location and got to meet Brock and some of his crew. Was very impressed with the selection of grills, countertops and stucco selections. Brock and his crew sketched out a design right there for us, incorporating the design ideas we had using their expertise to guide us. Brock came to the house within a week to measure and discuss in greater detail the design and function of my custom grill. We set a day for delivery, paid the deposit... then the Covid delays hit. And I mean hit hard. Not with LACG, but rather the producer of the actual grill and attachments. Brock stayed in constant communication with us about the delays and offered his sympathies, but I understood it was completely out of his hands. Once the grill and attachments arrived, Brock moved us to the top of his delivery list and had us set up with the most beautiful and functional grill island we could have imagined. I'm big on customer service and Brock at LA Custom Grill Island delivered in a BIG way. He's honest and professional. (By the way our grill island is made with a steel frame which allows for greater flexibility).

We just had Brock and his team and install a brand new barbecue, fire pit and outdoor seating area for our house. His team was very respectful, on time and they did a great job. I loved working with Brock because he had great suggestions and didn't try to upsell us on anything. We love our new equipment and I look forward to using it for many years to come. Thank you!

They didn't take note of my appointment, when I called back they didn't even try to help and reschedule...had to wait a month for initial appointment already... horrible service ...waist of my time!

Brock scheduled a visit to our home to help us plan our grill island and a fire pit. He was extremely patient and helpful to us in completing the final design choices. Excellent communication throughout the process as some equipment took a few weeks to be delivered. Installation completed today. Exceeded my expectations! Outstanding workmanship with high quality fit and finish. Even though our job was comparatively small, Brock and his team treated us as one of their most important customers. Highly recommend.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and Brock is incredibly responsive, honest, straightforward and ethical. I went personally to the showroom and Brock came to our house as well, he offers a superior product for a very reasonable price considering the workmanship you're getting. He explains clearly what you're getting so no hidden costs. He also is honest about the time frame you're looking at to get your product and is knowledgeable on design and product issues. Their islands are amazing!

Extremely knowledgeable and incredible customer service. After trying to buy locally (Kansas City), I began looking online. I ordered from one of the first websites that popped up and that was a disaster. Then I found LA Custom Grill Islands. They responded immediately to my text request, and guided me to the correct part. I ordered my parts through their website, paid a little extra for overnight delivery and had exactly what I needed the next day. Their prices were excellent, the customer service was above and beyond anything I have experienced in years. Ordering a few more parts this week to bring my old Fire Magic Monarch back to new! I would recommend them for all your grilling needs. Thanks guys!!
