Told them i would be picking up at 5pm they said that was fine they close at 7pm drive all the up there for them to be closed waited 30 min nothing called no answer they told me my stuff would be ready and waiting for me at 5pm now i wasted my time my gas and i have to sit in traffic to get home i wouldn't come here if i was you they don't care about customer service at all

Bad service. Ordered a mattress and bed frame, were told that was going to arrive Friday. But somehow the driver forgot to grab our order only. Just the mattress not bed frame. Now we have to wait till Tuesday, 4 days later. Bad for business. I do not recommend.

I went with my wife last week to look for some furniture for my new home. I was trying to buy a trundle bed, a dining room set, and a couch/ loveseat. I went on Monday and was told the pleather seat I wanted to try out wasn't in the showroom.
The lady told me she would order it and it would arrive on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and and Thursday and kept getting the run around. I was told since it was Mother's Day weekend coming up they were really busy but they would order it the following week.
I called today and was told unless I order the seat they will not bring it in. They don't care about customer service here at all or setting the right expectations. I was ready to order last week and was about to spend around 3 thousand dollars.
I ended up finding a trundle bed on Amazon for way cheaper than she quoted me for. 250 vs 600 that she wanted. I also found a better deal on the dining room set so all I really wanted was the couch.

So thank you Marcela's furniture for treating me this way. In the end it was beneficial to me since I saved more money looking for elsewhere.
Avoid this place at all costs if you care about the way you're treated. So disappointing since I shopped here for my other couch years ago. The service has really gone downhill.

I bought about 5000 dollars worth of merchandise and one of the beds broke where the screws go and they didn't want to change them. They wanted 75 dollars. I don't recommend this furniture store. Very bad customer service. I had purchased all the furniture for 6 months and it's good that I bought it. Remember, I sent you photos and serial numbers and your husband told me that I had to pay 75 dollars. The truth is that the furniture is very shabby and falls apart very easily. I do not recommend this store

I was referred here by my wife and in-laws when we were looking for new couches. They had bought furniture from them in the past and they never had any issues. I was told that the cushions would be extra firm because sometimes they can be a little too soft and lose their support after a short time. Well the cushions are so soft that you can squeeze them and touch your fingers through the padding. A few months later we decided to try to give them one more try and bought some bedroom furniture with a rustic look. Some of the decorative pieces on the headboard and footboard are off center, the dresser was so poorly put together that the drawers were not level and wouldnât close all the way. Luckily my father-in-law was a wood worker so he helped us by reinforcing the rails and leveling the drawers. One of the night stands had a chunk of wood that was split right out of the box, and I used wood glue to help secure it. Thatâs 2 strikes. They will not get my business for a 3rd. The old saying of âyou get what you pay forâ is true at this store. Cheap prices and cheap quality. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone.

My mother in law bought a bedroom set for my son and the dresser is a total mess. After 1 year of purchase drawers are broken, seems like the stability of the drawers are with staples. My mother in law has reached out to the owner and has been negotiating her calls after numerous times stated that she would call her back. Do not buy from this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go here.I got a bed from them $1000 and I paid extra for delivery. The bed frame broke literally with in that week. I called and texted them the girl said that the guys would come back and fix what broke. They never did. I went to the business I talked to the owner and she gave me the part that broke. She was super rude. The bed frame didn't even last a month I tried calling and texting them no answer. Again I went to the business and she didn't want to refund me. She didn't offer to give me another bed frame since mine literally broke. Now I have a bed frame that doesn't even work i can't fix since all the little woods broke off. What a waste of money.

It started with a defective sofa, Myra allowed us to exchange and upgrade to power recliners. Once we received them they were the wrong couches we ordered. She never acknowledged their mistake and made it seem like somehow it was our fault. There's no customer service when it comes to resolving an issue. Myra won't return calls and when I drove to them to fix the issue she will try to argue her way out of the issue. Same goes for her husband Jose the delivery guy. Who calls on their customer to argue and show no empathy on their own mistake, then hang up on you when you don't agree with how they are handling the issue?! Insane experience, just pay the few extras dollars somewhere else that have the professionalism and won't act like amateurs.
