This place they don't know what they doing. I call this morning to costumer service and they trasfer to accounting. The lady name Pricilla she ask for the order number, she couldn't find the order and she was calling me by a difrent name. Then I spoke to this gentleman name Cris and he stated asking me a bunch of questions. Then he asked me for my # and he told me another red flag, because I was calling from a difrent number. My order was like $25.00 and they are marking a big deal. So I told the guy to cancel my order. I don't really recommend this company because they don't know what they doing.

They sent wrong printer cartridges - and would not send a return label to return them. DON'T USE THEM! Kept puttng me off saying they'll email one. Twice. Never did.?

Terrible no confirmation email of purchase no email at all. 3-7 days delivery 12 days later still no delivery.

Worst all around!!!! $5,000.00 printer never worked properly. Always had an excuse why it wasn’t working. Don’t waste your money here!!! Customer service was great the first couple times and then when it starting getting worse it was always my fault. Defective print heads, manual is very limited and doesn’t talk about all the other issues I had. Please don’t waste your money or time with this company. And shame on Inkedibles for partnering with them!

I ordered a DTG printer about 2 months ago, and it has not been working right since I received it.They won’t do any more video calls with me to see what the problem is. I have sent about 40 emails to their representative and 6 videos and 15 pictures. Still nothing.They are refusing to do any maintenance on the machine.I replaced a sensor myself as I was asked to do so by their representative and the machine still isn’t working right.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Received a defective printer, tried to blame me for it arriving broken, then finally agreed to an authorized return. Now I've been waiting 1.5 months since I returned the printer and still do not have my $4K. First claimed to have refunded a month ago, then changed their story to the funds are "tied up." Do not purchase from this company.

Sold me a $5,000 DTG Printer that went out in just 2 days of use, this company uses standard print heads that aren’t made for the “DTG” ink they provide. Even worse they don’t stand behind they’re product fully which is why the most common issue “print heads” aren’t covered under their warranty. The printer is currently in my closet useless collecting dust.This company does not value their customers and are just in it for a quick buck.

Received the item I had ordered and immediately realized that it would not work in the printer. Item did not come with an information about possible returns. Sent them an email and days later, no response. Called them and spoke with a guy who was unfriendly and uncooperative from the beginning of the call. Even though he was in the office he said 'that department was not open and they would call me back the same day.' Days later, no return call.
