Absolutely grossed out. Bought a coke zero in the bottle and the whole bottle reeked of mildew. After taking a drink and smelling a very off putting smell I noticed the green discoloration all around the lip and it smelled just as bad. I returned the product but I was offered another however I refused. The bottled sodas here are not properly stored off site. Never will I return be careful when shopping here.

This seven eleven has been kind to me. Unfortunately it seems multiple people come in here causing trouble. They were suspicious of me at first but after going a few times they were cool. They're typically nice. I like their selection of apparel (including ucsb shirts and clothing)and have hot coffee in the mornings. Regularly well stocked and clean store. They got stickers and cool souvenirs. ?

As a loyal customer of various convenience stores, I was excited to try out 7-Eleven, known for its wide selection of snacks and beverages. However, my recent visit left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the store was severely lacking. Upon entering, I was greeted by unkempt aisles, spilled drinks, and an overall feeling of neglect. It's evident that proper maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority for this establishment.
Furthermore, the customer service was subpar. The cashier seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. When I attempted to ask a question about a product, I was met with a blank stare and unhelpful responses. It's clear that training in customer service is sorely lacking at this location.
In terms of product quality, I was thoroughly disappointed. The food options were stale and unappetizing, with limited healthy choices available. Additionally, the prices were disproportionately high considering the lackluster quality of the items.
The overall atmosphere of the store was also uninviting. Dim lighting and outdated decor contributed to a sense of dreariness, making it an unpleasant place to shop.
In conclusion, my experience at 7-Eleven was thoroughly underwhelming. From poor cleanliness and customer service to lackluster product quality and ambiance, this establishment fails to meet even the most basic expectations of a convenience store. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out alternative options for your convenience store needs.

I went to redeem two scratcher tickets which won a total of $25 but the person behind the counter claimed it was only $19 total, I would be cautious redeeming any lottery scratchers at this 7-11. No integrity on being honest.

Few days ago i went in to purchase stuff for my child but i wasnt able to gwt anything because there was a sign that said that they couldnt take EBT. I am very very aware that people and cashiers get bothered by EBT Card Holders which makes no sense what so ever especially because this doesnt affect their pocket its not coming out of their money plus if people would be Respectful and would mind their Own Business then it really wouldnt become a problem or an issue to others who have absolutely nothing to do with EBT Card Holders. I really think 7 Elevens should be investigated because ive been noticing various things going on throughout this stores due to New Cashiers im not sure if they are The New Owners Of The 7 Elevens where they work at. This cashiers who i am referring to are not complying with 7 Eleven the other thing im not sure if its because this people might be Racist and Greedy. If you have had Bad Experiences throughout this 7 Elevens let it be known even if its through the reviews because things are just getting out of hand. I am no longer supporting this 7 Elevens where i see incidents going on like ATMs over charging after the transaction is over, people being ripped off by the cashier, people being accused of stealing and put other signs up stating that the Slurpee machine is not working on 7/11 Free Slurpee Day Etc. I Am Supporting the 7 Elevens where the workers are being Loyal To Customers. These locations are located at The Mesa, Mission and San Roque area. Youll be glad you went there because they are very Honest and Respectful. Its obvious they have been well trained also because they will make you feel Welcomed and they are Hassle Free. They are also better looking.

The only good thing this place has going on is that it's open 24 hours. I find the staff to be rude and quite unpleasant. If there was another 24 hour convenience store nearby I would not go here anymore.
