I went to redeem two scratcher tickets which won a total of $25 but the person behind the counter claimed it was only $19 total, I would be cautious redeeming any lottery scratchers at this 7-11. No integrity on being honest.

Few days ago i went in to purchase stuff for my child but i wasnt able to gwt anything because there was a sign that said that they couldnt take EBT. I am very very aware that people and cashiers get bothered by EBT Card Holders which makes no sense what so ever especially because this doesnt affect their pocket its not coming out of their money plus if people would be Respectful and would mind their Own Business then it really wouldnt become a problem or an issue to others who have absolutely nothing to do with EBT Card Holders. I really think 7 Elevens should be investigated because ive been noticing various things going on throughout this stores due to New Cashiers im not sure if they are The New Owners Of The 7 Elevens where they work at. This cashiers who i am referring to are not complying with 7 Eleven the other thing im not sure if its because this people might be Racist and Greedy. If you have had Bad Experiences throughout this 7 Elevens let it be known even if its through the reviews because things are just getting out of hand. I am no longer supporting this 7 Elevens where i see incidents going on like ATMs over charging after the transaction is over, people being ripped off by the cashier, people being accused of stealing and put other signs up stating that the Slurpee machine is not working on 7/11 Free Slurpee Day Etc. I Am Supporting the 7 Elevens where the workers are being Loyal To Customers. These locations are located at The Mesa, Mission and San Roque area. Youll be glad you went there because they are very Honest and Respectful. Its obvious they have been well trained also because they will make you feel Welcomed and they are Hassle Free. They are also better looking.

The storekeeper at the early morning time was very rude and rushed me out saying the store was closed even though it was open

2 parts. First is the store: They are very good people here. The second is the shoppers. Too much hangout.

The only good thing this place has going on is that it's open 24 hours. I find the staff to be rude and quite unpleasant. If there was another 24 hour convenience store nearby I would not go here anymore.

This location is my savior as a college student. Staff is always kind (and I would assume patient, considering all of the drunken college students that go in). Sometimes the slurpee machines are down for long periods of time or stocks stay low. They also, unfortunately, haven't had 2 liters for awhile, but those are really my only complaints. Ultimately, I come here often, and it's pretty reliable.

Always very polite to me at the Isla Vista location... Sometimes the others and this one are out of a lot of these so-called fresh or cooked food which I'm sure is hard for people and I don't know if they're willing to make it to order but I've had a lot of difficulty when friends have wanted to get it delivered they have canceled orders etc. and it's a bummer. It's not always one location it tends to be a certain one that does this so it's hard to know exactly where the systemic issue is happening but it's just a bit unreliable as far as delivery and such goes back for pick up at is always a pleasant option and my service dog and I always glad to duck into a friendly 7-Eleven to grab some much-needed convenience items. I've had an issue at one specific location and I will make note of it on their address but the most again have been quite upstanding and then some and I will make sure I review them correctly based on location. Overall I am pleased with their selection leave out in a few more fresh items like fruit and yogurt and some non-dairy and other health bars and items that help those of us who have some dietary restrictions. I appreciate if they continue to expand their selection of healthy snacks and not just salty chips and candy. It really does make a difference. Definitely encourages me to stop and grab some thing if I imagine that there is actually something I'll be there not just junk. Definitely no fun when things like this paper bags and water machines are you there empty broken in disrepair my friends are junkie or have again things that make them look rundown but I understand these things happen and any effort to fix water machines and keep them in working order so those of us who plan to go on road trips certain times and that Magine to be able to fill up water bottles at certain locations where there are gas stations versus not and we know there are the machines but then they're always out of order that gets really old. Please either contact with a better company or remove the machine so it's not just a tease and makes people imagine that they could get something that they need that they can't. Literally gone with more than 10 gallons of glass growlers multi times to diff locations intending to fill and then not been able to Bc if out of order signs ore covid so it's not from that only or at all it's another issue... and it's more than discouraging by the third or fourth try...when the machine is still out of order months later, one begins to wonder if there's any hope for it to be repaired or if they even care. At that point I believe a new machine should just be purchased or again it should be removed by the company who can't seem to fix it quickly enough as it just makes everyone think that there's something there that isn't. I find it to be a form of false advertising that is problematic at minimum. Especially for travelers, it creates an expectation that they can't meet and then one had to go inside and spend extra money on expensive bottled water which is not appreciated. Sometimes it's filtered less depending on what brand you buy inside and how much money you are overcharged for basically just filtered tapwater again so it's really a big bummer when you expect to pay $.25-$.50 a gallon and then suddenly you're paying four dollars for a bottle of the same water it's insanity so it starts to seem a bit like a scam. I have a feeling it's more logistical but it's not a good look as we say in SoCal.

I came into the store and asked the man at the counter if he could check my 7-11 Rewards account to see if it had a free Slurpee on it the other day. I either didn't have enough points or it wasn't working, and I was prepared to come back after I had built up some points or had some money with me to buy one (I didn't at the time), but to keep a long story short, the man donated his 7-11 Rewards points to me to buy me a free Slurpee! He said he had 50,000 points, and that he wouldn't mind at all. Perhaps he could tell how tired and thirsty I was -- I have been packing and moving on my own for the past week! This random act of kindness got him and this store a 5-star review. Shout out to you -- you know who you are! I looked at his name tag, but completely forgot to make this review the day of, so I am so sorry, but I forgot your name, sir!
