I am a member of Vista resort so I stay on the delta at Delta Shores Resort and Marina on the delta loop in Isleton Ca. I must say this place has been my go to spot for over 15 yrs and today it’s the best spot to stay for quite and peace or party and fun, so I want to say thank you and keep up all the good work to make the stay unforgettable

Nice little camp resort. Stayed 2 nights as we visited San Francisco. Only 1.5 hrs away. Rented a car to get to San Francisco. Had mini golf and basketball court a playground. Laundry and showers on the property. Did not like how it was a steep hill for entry and exit the campsite with water directly across from it will no guess rail to protect your vehicles to going into the water.

Lynn was so helpful at this resort. Please ask for him for a 2 night, three day stay. The fees to be a member are great. The grounds are clean, lots of grass. I'm leaving tonight but if work didn't call I'd love another week. Quiet, serene and nice people. They have a dock for boats/fishing very close.

Stayed here for a free stay to see if we wanted to purchase a membership. Lynn was here to assist us and he sure does take care of his guests! There are two beautiful cabins you can rent, one even has the handicapp rant. The grounds are very clean. Easy to park on the grass or gravel in our 40 foot fifth wheel. I really enjoyed my stay. Saw a few families outside playing mini gold and guests in the pool. Everyone was friendly. You cannot go wrong visiting this beautiful location. Even a fishing/boat pier across the street. Tonight is my last night here and I could easily stay another week if my husband did not have to work.

The trailer park needs updated grounded plug ins. It burnt my surge protector and after I let them know, they never put an out of order sign on it for other people. They do need a dog park there as

We are members of Vista Resorts and all last year we took our RV to the resort in Winters. A couple of months ago we decided to try Delta Shores & loved it! We love the laid back energy of Isleton & Rio Vista, just the whole vibe to the Delta is pretty cool. We ended up looking at slips for our boat & decided on a place down the road from here. It's nice to have the RV & boat minutes from each other. We live close enough that we can come whenever we want. The park is always being groomed and kept well. the pool is rarely used & they have a small pier with a few boat slips. The pier is great for fishing or just sitting on to enjoy the river. Every time we've come the place is pretty empty & we get our favorite spots. The employees are all really friendly & helpful too. The evenings are pretty spectacular! You can't beat a delta sunset and the crickets are insanely loud, it's very different from anywhere I've ever stayed. The place is dog friendly and we haven't had any issues with dogs running around off leash. That's a concern for us because our guy doesn't get along with other dogs. I saw people complaining about the driveway, and while it's kind of steep there's no getting around that. The road that you turn off is a levee so there's no way to fix the steep driveway. There are some big motor homes in here & they don't seem to have issues. One last thing, there are full timers here but they are separate from visiting campers.

This is a great resort. The green we park on in the resort is so gorgeous. We are centrally located to go anywhere for food n entertainment.Noteworthy details: This is an RV resort w/limited cottages to rent. Bring your RV in park on the luscious green. S West is SF, N is Sacramento, with tiny historic towns filled with great food and sites along the way. Take a ferry n see an island here....great places to see in all directions.

This review is meant as a WARNING for all with a large unit. The entry way is absolutely impossible to access due to the abrupt pitch of their driveway from the main road. We had been looking forward to staying here for a couple of month now but damages two stabilizer jacks attempting to enter which proved to be impossible. I am frustrated that people do not comment on the entryway to this park. It would have provided a much needed heads-up. DO NOT BOOK HERE OF YOU HAVE A RIG THAT IS 36’+, you will regret it.

My wife and I have been full-time RVers for five years and have been in every state in the US except Alaska and this is the "WORST" RV park we have ever been to. All of the sites are below the road which makes it difficult to get into and out of your site. In fact when we left, due to the road being elevated, the front of our fifth-wheel trailer hit the tool box in the back of my truck, damaging both. This should never happen at any RV park. Maybe while boondocking, but not at an RV park. We are Coast to Coast members and we're supposed to pay $10/night using our points. When we made our reservation, we paid using our points, but yet when we arrived we were given a bill for an additional $140 for two weeks. This is double what we were supposed to pay. The woman in the office stated that this additional cost was spelled out in our confirmation email. There was nothing concerning this additional cost in my confirmation email. The sewer connections are higher than the drain pipe exiting our trailer so the black and gray water have to run uphill to drain. Great design! The water tastes like it is coming from a standard garden hose. The day that we arrived, I asked if I could wash my trailer and truck. I was told by their security guard that I couldn't because they didn't want soap on their lawn. Seriously! Soap is not going to damage their lawn. In fact most soaps are mostly phosphates and phosphorous is one of the three main ingredients in most commercial fertilizers. Yet two days later I watched as one of our neighbors washed his class C RV while talking with one of the park employees. I guess I didn't know the "Secret Handshake". If you're staying in the area, I recommend that you go elsewhere.

Place has made major upgrades to the campsites in recent years. Clean large bathrooms. No Wi-Fi unless you're in the clubhouse only. Power hookups and all other connections work well. Good place to relax as there are few amenities to this place. No trails to walk or bike riding area either.
