Best framing experience of my life. New owners Christopher and Arianna did an amazing job on my new frame of a very treasured piece. Very Professional. Mom and Pop shop, one the last of its kind.

Add Art has been doing framing for years and has done a beautiful job. Our items have ranged from keepsakes to museum quality and we have loved the care and expertise that has been put into each piece. If you're looking for quality work, this is the place for you.

Dissatisfied. I dropped off some framed artwork to have the broken glass replaced and another to have the matting replicated in a different color. I was quoted $40 for an 11" by 14" mat (!), and informed I would be called BEFORE the glass was replaced with a quote, as the owners husband didn't know how much work would be involved to take apart the back and put a piece of glass in. Four weeks later I received a call telling me my pieces were completed and ready for pick, even though I never received a call with a quote for the replacement glass. I proceeded to attempt picking up my things on three separate occasions, each time the store was closed for one reason or another, and not open as indicated on the internet or the hours listed on the door. On the fourth attempt to pick up my items I was given a bill for $123, $80 of which was to replace the glass in a frame! I informed the owner that her husband told me he would call me to approve the cost BEFORE it was completed, which he did not do, and that I would never have authorized the repair if I had known it was going to be $80! She was clearly not willing to work with me, she stated that he hadn't written that on the work order and rang me up for the full amount. I suggest you obtain the cost, or any "terms", in writing from this place if you make the mistake of doing business with them.
