Poor skills. Terrible customer services and they need better management. Not educated in customer care needs. Underdeveloped skill with products. Terrible experience and dropped ATT.

They change your plans without notifying you. Raised my internet cost $75 ($10 per month (access program to $85 per month) without any written notice of the new charge. Like the customer won't notice. Customer service online couldn't help me, referred me to another department ?. He said his hands were tied.

My 2 recent visits on consecutive days to AT&T at 12010 INDUSTRY BLVD were very different than previous experiences. A new manager and new employees have brought with them a fresh attitude of true customer service and courtesy. Nic helped me with my insurance claim, then also cheerfully assisted me in transferring information & setting up my new phone. While I was there there, all 3 employees served family groups and individual walk-ins efficiently and in a friendly manner, making everyone feel comfortable & well served. A very pleasant experience.

Living in a largely rural area can present unique challenges for technologists, but the experience at our NorCal location consisted of qualified, courteous, helpful and patient service and I got exactly what I was looking for; until next time. I hope to see more of this quality professionalism and personability. The job was done, and it was done even better than before in relation to my prior experiences there, and that's no small improvement. Keep up the good work!

Employee seemed annoyed when we walked in and asked if we needed help. She was not knowledgeable about my questions, or she was just playing dumb. Seemed she didn't wanna be there. So, neither did we. So we left.

I originally went in for a new screen protector for a phone I bought from there a couple of years ago. I don't recall the first gals name, but she was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have one for my phone, so I asked about an upgrade that I saw on the app. She then introduced me to Ansley, who was personable and welcoming. She answered all my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable in the products. She transferred all my info and stuff to the new phone, put my screen protector on the new phone, and off I went, in no time at all.Thank you for your exceptional customer service!!

I was fortunate to have a wonderful representative named Nick. He was so kind and thoughtful to an older person like myself and did not make me feel technology challenged. I am grateful for people at AT&t that hire people like Nick.

We went into this store needing help with a couple things including buying and setting up new phones. Eric stayed past closing and patiently made sure that everything was 100% completed before we left. He happily explained everything and never seemed rushed or irritated. Great experience and awesome customer service.

I received amazing service from a young man named Alex. He approached me as soon as I entered the AT&T store In Amador County.He walked me through purchasing a new l14 cellphone. He downloaded the information from my old phone and answered my multiple questions.I was so impressed with all the staff. It was very busy. Each employee was friendly and professional.I highly recommend this store and its employees to anyone looking for a great place to get real service from well trained professionals.Rita Millsaps

This store is definitely one I trust when I have a problem with my phone or need an upgrade. The environment doesn’t feel judgmental like other establishments and I’m always greeted with the best service, especially from Alana. When I walked in she greeted me and could tell I was distressed because my old iPhone 7 had completely broke, and she saved the day with a quick upgrade. I didn’t feel pressured into buying certain things that I wasn’t interested in or felt as if I was being scammed. She gave me the run down of whatever extra cost I may need to cover with my new phone, but assured me that it wouldn’t be cost heavy as I originally thought of, and that she was here to make sure I left with a new phone in my hand and that the stress would be lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been a customer for quite sometime now at this specific location and make sure to always turn to Alana when I’m in distress.
