I can only say from the experience, exceptional service. All the employees, who obviously were very busy, had time to smile and told me they’d be with me as soon as possible. Becky ended up helping me and basically confirmed my suspicion that the malfunction code was gas related. AutoZone you can be very proud of the stuff you have.

Autozone in Jackson california a youngman names Logan Meyers was great. EXCELLENT customer service, very helpful with hand on..helped remove my battery out of my jeep. Very generous and gave helpful advice.

associates were extremely rude and not helpful. honestly disappointed in everything but the prices. they’re the ones getting paid to assist me. i went into the store in a good mood and approached them respectfully but got attitude and glares in return.
