The short haired gal working at the window desks in Jackson has a great deal to learn about customer service and needs to get her attitude in check when talking to customers, her facial expressions are very rude and the way she talks is quite impressively insulting. I've had encounters with her before and every time she "helps" me it's always been a dead end. The time before today when I came in, I had an appointment with someone else and she said "I can help you" I had to turn her away because she really doesn't know how to help, her answers are short and practically useless, I find myself walking away from her feeling like I just waisted my time. And I'm not the only one who has had this experience with her. Is this the reason why everything is online now? Because this is the trash we the customers have to deal with everytime we walk into the bank needing further help than a teller can give us? Frankly that's pretty pathetic.

tellers are all lazy , they dont like to cash checks , they have the atms do all their work !!! they customer service sucks !!! they dont do anything lazy lazy lazy !!!!!!!

Closed my account for no reason and now I wont have access to my money for weeks. Its my daughters birthday next week and now I'm completely screwed. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with they were extremely unhelpful.

My daughter received her unemployment checks through your bank. She was told when she checked her balance the money was gone . She was told her information was changed by Mobil phone . Someone accessed her money as easy as calling your bank. What is up with that .. no identification was shown personally . She is very honest and upstanding customer has done everything right ! Never lost her card or giving any of her information out . Now who's responsible . Someone better make this right or I'm going public with this ! I don't think to many people will keep money in a bank that just gives their money away . This I promise people need to know this !!!!!!!!we work hard for the money we put in your business!thank you

I've been associated with the Bank of America since I was born, 73 years ago. My family has been with the Bank of America for many years as well. I've only recently been doing business with the Jackson branch for the last two years. I'm treated with respect and curtesy and thank Debbie and the employees for their pleasant manner and work ethics. Thank you all.

Tha Bank Manager Debbie is Really Rude. Evey time I go in there I go see Tammy and Debbie is rude to me because of it. I deal with Tammy and Tammy only shes the BEST

I was on a very tight schedule this morning so got to the bank a while before they opened so I would be first in line. The lady who I assume is the manager went above and beyond the norm and I was in and out faster than I had hoped. I've been banking here for decades and find the service to be excellent.

This bank’s manager, Debbie, is rude & discriminated against my husband & I. She refused to cash our BofA check because of “guidelines”. She made up said “guidelines” that customer service told us were BS & she walked away while talking with us. Very unprofessional & should be fired. Reporting her to Regional office & contacting my attorney to file a lawsuit for discrimination.

Everyone here is very friendly. And yes, the Manager Debbie, does talk and visit with everyone, and knows them on a first name basis. That's what makes it great! That's very rare these days. She even asked my Son to bring in his Lego creation and visited with him, asking about the details. Very sweet lady and wonderful place to do banking.

I don't bank at this bank. I do banking for my neighbor that can't get out. It is the worst bank every. Always one teller and the management stands around talking to people!!! Never ever will I bank there!!!!!!!
