Staff are friendly the only issue I have in general is Big 5 prices for everything is very expensive and they barely have sales only on really cheap nick nacks.

What's not great to say about Big 5. I've been going for years, because they have one of the best shoe options available in Jackson. They have great shoe sales and multiple brands to choose from. They also have ammo, quality sports and camping items. Staff is always willing to help and search for anything you need!
