Got a flat tire headed back to Sacramento around 4:15 pm. Called Big O Tires and Quentin said they could take care of my car if I could get it there by 5:00. Was able to change the spare and made it in time. They were very helpful and professional, would highly recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with the way I was treated at Big O Tires by Quentin and Brian. My car seems happy as well. It’s running a lot smoother now that tires were rotated, oil changed, etc. My wallet is also happy that I wasn’t charged a ridiculous amount for the fine work that was provided.
I would highly recommend Big O Tires.

Good customer service but ended up having to make a second appt because the tech left with the keys and they needed a tool from a locked chest. 2nd appointment took very long (over 4 hours) for a transmission flush. Arrived at 10am for my appointment and didn’t leave until after 2pm

Best place in town for quality repairs, friendly staff, competitive pricing, and free coffee in the waiting area. Been to this location more than once and will go there again. Easy to make appointments and the service manager takes time to explain all and answer all questions.
