My experience was not good. I would highly recommend going in to check the facility before making an appointment. The shop needs a good cleaning. Also check the technicians. I am sure there is a good one, but not the one I got stuck with.

This was the worst experience ever ! Me and my daughter got a bad pedicure and my do got a manicure and they charged me $135 and it was not even a good pedicure!!! So disappointed!!

I do not have a photo for reference, it all happened too fast. I dropped my 14 yr old daughter off at this place for about an hour and a half. I came back towards the end and looked at her nails and was trying to trust the process but once the lady told my daughter she was finished I was shocked. Mind you, my daughter got pretty long nails so with that being said, they weren't shaped to be straight they almost resembled duck nails with the wideness, they left white polish on her skin, the French tip they painted on was uneven, and with as long as they were there was not enough apex to keep that nail supported like you're supposed to. I told the lady the issue and that I wasn't willing to pay for that and I got yelled at that my daughter said she loved them. My daughter did not love them, she was to afraid to say anything cause most people are. I told them to go ahead and cut them off and I would take her somewhere else. Which I did and they were done stunningly. I know some folks have bad days, some people aren't as experienced but with all the photos I've seen at this place so far I'm surprised they get any business at all. I saw a few photos of some good manicures but if you aren't well experienced in length and nail art, DONT TRY AND GET OVER ON PEOPLE, LET THEM KNOW YOU ARENT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH. I know damn well if state board went into that shop they'd be in trouble just by the way it was looking. Smh. Take precautions going here.

Terrible experience. Went in to have my dip removed and new dip applied. I called, was told to come right in. Was there within 5 mins, waited 20 mins for someone to be available. Then they began removing my dip, moved me to another table once someone new walked in was told my nails needed 5 mins to process. Sat at the table for 15 minutes while she started the other persons nails. She finally came and checked, said just another minute and went back to the other womans nails. After waiting at the table for a total of 20 minutes I left. Horrible experience and will never go back.
