Listen to my story. Bucket up buckaroos!Walked into the main office of Stymeist autobody with the intention of getting a quote. This would have been around 30 minutes after they opened for the day. I was asked if this was through insurance or out of pocket. I replied, out of pocket. I was immediately given a card for their other location (Crash Champions) and told to contact them.A week or so later I walked into Crash Champions. Asked for a quote so they set a date. A few days later I showed up for the appointment. The manager of the location did a quick walkaround. I told him what happened, how the damage is likely all cosmetic/body. Frame should be fine as the vehicle only rolled onto it's side. He then gave me the run around how they don't have a device to work on the frame so I should go back to the main location. I told him I had gotten their info FROM the main location. So he texted "Gary" I think it was, the manager at Stymeist. Told him I would be headed over there and was looking for a quote. I drove over to the main location, they seemed to have gotten the message as the receptionist had a look on her face like she had done something wrong when I arrived.She set a date for the quote with their employee Wendy. I showed up for quote at the appointed time/date and met with Wendy. She took pictures, was writing details, and generally asked how/why, etc. questions. She asked if I would like to wait around until the quote was completed. I replied, I had just gotten off work (night shift) and wanted to sleep. She said it would take till around 12pm of that same day (it was 8am-ish at the time of quote) to get the quote completed and she would email me. I told her that sounded great.Woke up later that day, end of that day, no quote. Hmm, maybe she got busy. Second day after the appointment, no quote. I called on the third day (after the appointment). I got another tech (male) who said Wendy was not available (go figure), he patched me through to her extension. I left a message to please email me the quote asap. Never got an email or phone call back.Horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.I would recommend "Howards Body Shop" in Sutter Creek. I called and that same day the receptionist told me to come in and they would get me a quote, which they did.

Hit a deer and my car was repaired, when I got it back I noticed the water going through the hood into the engine, also they forgot to put a bolt on my window washer under the hood so when I went by a diesel truck it blew off my shield on top of the car and took the hoses for the window washer with it. I wasn’t really upset but when I brought my car by to show the adjuster he right off the bat said “don’t start this”. I was taken back by the quickness of not offering to make it right. They did good with on my first car I brought in, but something changed when the business changed. It’s one of those places when they’re taking a check they put on there best customer service but if anything they did goes wrong, they are quick to be defensive or discredit you. I asked when they could look over my car for an appraiser they said “they are really busy and it would be 30 days”. There is just a tension in the air when you go there like they are ready to pounce if anything does not go in there favor. I don’t think they are what they used to be and there is new ownership. Never trust a place when they make you feel your in the wrong rather then having a conversation to get the car fixed, they did not do properly.

I've had work on 2 vehicles previously years ago, And was very satisfied. This time I've had nothing but problems. when I got my car back I was so disappointed.I felt they were very unprofessional and did not do a good job. My brand new car that I left in prestine condition came back in worse condition than I dropped it off. Yes, they fixed the small chip on roof but Not only was the inside liner dirty, I had to go back twice to get them to clean it. I still have a little grease stain that won't come out. And now my seatbelt is broken and will not move up or down on the track. I'm so unhappy with the work that i dont want to even take it back to have them touch it. I absolutely do not recommend!
