They got 6 windows and only one person attending the pharmacy. That one dude can't stand a chance. Corporate greed at its finest. They squeeze every penny out of the patients, yet can't even have more than one person attending the pharmacy. An old lady has been standing in line in pain for like 45 minutes now.

## Review: CVS in Jackson - A Disappointing Checkout Experience
My recent shopping trip to the CVS in Jackson was unfortunately less than ideal, primarily due to issues at the checkout and pricing. While the store itself seemed adequately stocked, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Firstly, I found the pricing to be **insanely overpriced** on several items compared to other retailers, which was a significant deterrent. It's a shame, as convenience is a factor, but not at such a premium.
My main frustration, however, stemmed from the checkout process. The self-checkout machines, which would have been my preferred option for a quick transaction, were unfortunately **not working**. This meant I had to wait for a cashier, which highlighted another area for improvement.
The employee at the register was not present when I initially approached. When she did arrive, she was **not very friendly** and appeared disengaged. Despite what should be a relatively straightforward job, her demeanor suggested a lack of interest or competence. She seemed to struggle with the basic tasks of ringing up items and completing the transaction efficiently.
It's truly a shame when a store has critical systems like self-checkout out of order, and then the alternative service provided by staff falls short as well. The combination of high prices, non-functional self-checkout, and a less-than-stellar cashier made for a frustrating and inefficient shopping experience. I hope CVS addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future. I like writing a good review just as much I like leaving a bad review.

I don’t have any of the issues other people have. Everyone is nice and the pharmacy does a good job. It’s busy for sure, but they do their best. Employees are also helpful with package drop offs or other questions.

While shopping for camping chairs, I received expert help from the CVS staff. The store was clean and well organized, and it was easy to compare prices.

I'd like it more if they took better care of their refrigerated beverage section. I had to buy Ginger Ale 🤢

The worst manager. She don’t know about the stock and she don’t know about when the stock is going to arrive she knows only the word I don’t know with an attitude manner. I visited 3 times no proper response and no stock..

The 2.8 star rating for this store says it all. Always have issues with this pharmacy. I was told my prescription is being processed. It will be about 15 mins. Waited 30 minutes. Still nothing. Got back in line. Got to the counter and was told it's still being processed. 2 other customers came in after me and were told their prescriptions are being processed. Both of those customers were called back to counter within 10 mins. 45 mins and still waiting. What a joke. Another thing about this CVS. Do you guys ever clean your floors at night ? The pharmacy sitting area has garbage on the floors, and the store has just opened, so it's not like it just magically appeared. Finally, I was just called back to the counter.

Horrible customer service. Was told it would be a 10 mins wait. I waited for over an hour with no update or acknowledgement from the staff

Couldn’t get Rx transferred after 3 attempts from rite aid. I eventually did it myself online to a closer CVS who also transferred the wrong prescription that doesn’t have the right frequency. Now, I get to play monkey in the middle calling their pharmacy and not being able to speak to a person after calling. I get to wait for them to call back.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Not only is it impossible to get in touch with someone in the pharmacy but they don't even call back when you leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail about an urgent refill of my Insulin on Saturday and after several hours of waiting I drove the 45 minutes from my house to the Pharmacy. They took my information and said they would call me by the next day. I didn't hear back by Monday so I called my Doctor. My doctor sent in a new prescription for my Insulin Monday (CVS Texted confirming they got it) and said they would let me know when it's ready for pickup. It's now Thursday and I haven't heard anything at all.
It seems anymore CVS Pharmacy prioritizes Money over Patient Safety. If I even manage to get my prescription I will then transfer all of my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy. This is not only unsafe it is unethical as well.

As long as your not blaming the pharmacy for insurance declining your meds or the state saying nope you can't have it, the pharmacy and store are awsome. Love you ladies from your most difficult patient.. y'all have taken some words from me and helped me out when needed thank you.

1 star is for the ridiculous voice mail procedure to not connect, but to leave a voicemail. Stupid prompts likely leads to many hangups. People in the pharmacy are ok. Guess they are always too busy to answer the phone.
