Just purchased a new matching love seat that we ordered from Dunlop Family Furniture, had it delivered by the nicest folks. Customer service was excellent and we were very well taken care of. We highly recommend Dunlop Family Furniture.

We always buy locally. After a fire burned down our home, we got out with nothing but our PJ's on. Do NOT Ever buy from Dunlap Family Furniture. We got screwed twice with two very expensive purchases less than 2 years ago. They are liars. We will Never buy from them again. Buyers beware!Worst place you could ever go, plus their quality is next to zero. Our new "top-of-line" Queen bed, at nearly $2,000, is already sagging: I weigh 103 pounds, my husband weighs 150. The only plus was they waved the sales tax for "fire victims." Big whop! Every local furniture store does the same.

Most of their furniture is western decor.But I always seem to find a recliner just my size and wild in color. I just got my second recliner from them. Good deals!

I would give 0 stars if I was able to. We bought a couch, a recliner and a bed here less than 2 years ago. The bed is sagging and the recliner is completely busted and they will do nothing about it after telling me originally there was a 5 year warranty on all that I bought. They sell subpar furniture and after one year, they act as if it is not there responsibility.

Yes, they are a very reputable company who stand behind their word if anything re a part, etc needs to be replaced!! they will drive a distance just to ensure that the consumer gets what they paid for and are happy!! they have a beautiful array of furniture and catalogs to meet the needs of every individual. The company has been around a great while as I purchased furniture from them when they were Oak Liquidators!! If you are looking for nice furniture at a decent price for what you get, Dunlap is the place to go!!! your experience with them from the purchase of your items to the customer service after the fact, is A+ . I stand by my word, you will be very happy with the whole experience and the knowledgeable sales people will educate you on what you are buying in comparison to other items in their store!! they know so much about each manufacturer's products so you can make an educated decision on what you want. We were looking for a new couch & wanted to shop local, so we went into Dunlop Furniture early one Saturday morning. It was our first time going into the store & upon entering, my first impression was, "Wow!" Wow, it's a big store with a LoT of beautiful furniture!We were welcomed by Tony, who was great! We told him what we wanted & he showed us our options. He helped us choose a gorgeous couch & coffee table. He was honest, informative & knowageable, answering our questions about the merchandise & financing. He was professional & just generally Nice!Processing the paperwork for the financing was a breeze: smooth, easy & it didn't take a lot of time.Because we preferred new furniture rather than the floor model, we didn't mind placing an order & waiting a few weeks. It arrived sooner than expected, however, which was nice!They called to arrange a delivery date & time. Then they called the night before, providing a more accurate time frame of their arrival.Richard & Tyler arrived at the early side of that time frame: right on time!They removed my old furniture & then set up my new couch & coffee table. They also showed me how everything worked. They insured I was satisfied with everything, which I really appreciated. They were both professional, friendly & very nice!***The overall experience with everyone at Dunlop Furniture was nothing short of outstanding! They're all awesome people & a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend giving them your business! They won't disappoint! I found them unresponsive to any inquiries. Especially after I paid in full for products in advance. Always one excuse after another. I will never deal with them again, which is a shame because I like to support local.
