This branch was awful. They told me to come down and pick up the car they were going to rent me. I got there and they said the car was no longer available. Then they were not helpful at all.

I went on a business trip this past week and used Enterprise (in Jackson/Amador County) for my car rental. Everything went well and even exceeded my expectations. Jeff the manager made me feel like a valued customer. If I ever need to rent a car again I will use Enterprise.

I thought this place deserved an updated rating. Both Gabby and Saul were very nice to me and easy to talk to. The process was fast and the location is convenient since it is near a couple of auto repair shops. There was no wait while checking in or out, and there was no issue with extending my rental an extra 2 days. The car was full of gas and clean. The whole process was very easy. You do need to call or respond to the text to confirm your pick up and return dates at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you have a car. There's not a lot of resources in Jackson so I'm glad Enterprise has a good team that is reliable and friendly!

We tried to pick up a car, paid for by dealership, While our main car being repaired. Enterprise would not rent without insurance card, and pge bill to prove address. Card in car 70 miles away, who has a bill with them, even on iPhone we had to say forget it. They seemingly didnt care anyway.It was less than accommodating, we decided to be inconvenienced rather than give enterprise the biz...

The worst customer service there. They should have a Little more sympathy for people in accidents. Your face expressions mean everything and the way you talk to people. Maybe smile more. I will not be going to this location anymore!

Rented from here many times over the years. Not a bad place, friendly staff great location. REALLY inconvenient business hours though. I commute to Stockton and don't get off work until 5. Making this super difficult to return a car with no over night return.

Picked up a car at Sac. Airport and noticed issues with the brakes. Stopped at the Jackson office and was back on the road in a matter of minutes with a new car. I'm sorry I dont remember the names of the two that assisted us, but they did my family a great service. While she was checking the car, he was getting the paperwork done (It had to be done by hand since the airport system wasnt accessible to the satellite office). Thank you both for your help and time that day. I wish I could bring some of that level of service back with me! Thank you again!

literally the worst run business in the tri county area. every employee is super low info and the manager is about as clueless as a rock. had two magnets stolen off my car while parked in their lot. but again, the manager is a solution-less pile of bricks.

Enterprise in Jackson does not deliver their cars with a full tank of gas, I got a car where the fuel low light went on after 10 miles. I was told to return the car with the same level of gas. This is a major stressor, it will be difficult to return the car almost empty, much easier to return the car with a full tank of gas, since there is a gas station just down the road. They even have a sign on the wall which says that I will be charged $7/gallon if I return it less than full, yet the car had not been filled up before I got it. Enterprise this is not OK, time for you to come into the same century as the other rental companies.

Traveling out of town. My car broke down and will take over two weeks I needed to get home the people here at Enterprise help me out with the one-way rental were really good to work with

This is the absolute worst experience I have had. With the company and the branch both, and especially after just totaling my car. My insurance set up the car and I received a confirmation number. I called and found that even though the reservation was made, it wasn't held, they gave the car away and did not have another available, then refused to pick me up. All of the great details you hear in the commercials were completely disregarded, and I am pulling my hair out more now than right after I hit a deer to put me in this spot in the first place. It's incredibly discouraging that even after a circumstance such as that, the customer service was as horrid as it was. Would love to see this branch completely wiped and hired new staffing entirely.
