Made an appointment ahead of time, was called to desk exactly at my appointment time and everything was handled fine. It wasn't very busy, and when you arrive without an appointment, you scan a sign with your phone to get a number to wait till it's called.

I generally like visiting this DMV cause the people are nice and it's pretty quick, but good luck trying to get ahold of them over the phone. It's just an AI assistant that can't actually help if you have a more complex question and good luck getting through to a real person

Went in from the side with better parking, smelled strongly of human urine. Walls were filthy. DMV hardly offers any services, it is now all online : /
