This is a safe and clean storage facility. I’m sad that Carol is no longer at the front desk! She was a very friendly and valued employee.
Took a star away because prices went up to $86 for a small 5x5 unit and they refused to refund me when they accidentally charged me for insurance for two months when I had already submitted my proof of renters insurance.
The manager was really nice and probably didn’t have a lot of control over it. I heard from other people that management changed recently.
I hope the new managers know the community they are in and that everyone talks. If Carol quit, they should know they lost a good employee and the community will miss her.

Excellent place to store your stuff, it is gated secure place, they provide a lock. You can call and make a payments or show up with cash, very friendly and excellent service!

The facilities are clean and the manager was friendly, but the insulation on the ceiling was falling and getting on our stuff. Other than that the experience was fine.
