It was a great experience again at the establishment. I walked in with a bad tire and then left not thinking through what I needed. Later the same day I realized that I needed a new tire and called for an appointment for the next morning. Aaron replaced the tire with a new tire and they stood by their warranty and it cost me very little. The tire was (7)) years old!!
I have always liked going to Les Schwab and then I moved to South Dakota and did not think they would make it out there. But they are now in the state. Thank goodness!

September 27, 2025 I purchased 1996 RV Fleetwood 6 tires and fits perfectly. I came back on 10/4/25 to purchased new 4 tires all terrain for my wife’s Outback. Both tires are high rated tires especially the Outback looks very aggressive. My 4th purchased of tires for the last 3 years and will continue to buy tires here because of staff knowledge, customer service oriented employees and fast. I just waited less than 2 hours. Thank you

We were headed to Bear River to go camping when our boat trailer tire popped. We pulled over and called Greg, at Jackson Les Schwab. He sent a guy over and we were back on the road within a half hour. I would totally recommend having an account with Les Schwab for situations like that. So easy and barely took time from our vacation. Thank you!

My vehicle experienced a flat tire, and I was stranded at AMPM. I contacted Les Schwab for immediate assistance, and they arrived within 20 minutes to replace the tire. I followed the technician to the shop, where all staff members were courteous and professional. Greg provided exceptional service, demonstrating rapid and efficient workmanship while displaying empathy towards my situation. It is individuals like Greg who make a significant positive impact in situations such as mine. Thank you, Greg.

Took my truck in yesterday for a brake inspection and told them my front brakes sounded like they were grinding. They said it was my back brakes/rotors and quoted me $1200. That's fine, everything on my truck is expensive and I trust Les Schwab as a reputable business. Dropped off my truck for a few hours while I went shopping. I picked up my truck and drove away. As soon as I'm driving I still hear grinding and brakes still feel the same as before. I bring it back and they do another inspection. The guy comes out apologizing and says they don't know how they missed it but it's my front brakes and rotors that need replacing and it's going to cost another $1200. Not to mention another hour or longer to install. I thought they are supposed to do a thorough safety brakes inspection? They didn't even test drive it after they replaced the back brakes. Beware if you take your vehicle there. This is unprofessional and a huge safety issue. If I was a younger or naive person I would have just trusted that they knew what they were doing and continued to drive away. I will never go back there again!

Initially I went here in 2019 to have an industrial screw removed from my tire, and subsequent repair of the hole.
They were the only place open on late Saturday afternoon, work schedule had me 6-7 days per week, so they fixed it for free and were very friendly.
Good impression.
When it came to buy new tires, I went there.
$1000 bucks later, I had new tires.
Yikes, but ok, I need my vehicle in top shape for commuting.
My original tires still had maybe 15k of usable miles left on them, in hindsight, yeah, they took em and ran, Hankook, I'm sure they got a great second market price for them.
I should have used them as summer tires and saved the new tread for winter.
They took my custom metal valve stem covers too, not cool man, why?
Brought a new to me truck in for much needed new tires after purchasing, another grand plunked down.
The dude doing the install didn't even check my spare, and when my vehicle was done, the spare was flat, and he wouldn't raise it up again on the lift to air it up, hell, that means it wasn't even inspected and compared with the tires that were removed to see what had the better tread, if the rim was straight, any wear issues, he just said, oh, sorry, the valve stem is on the other side and I can't get to it.
It remained flat.
Just admit you didn't do due diligence and slacked on your responsibility to me as a customer.
Since then, I am reticent to recommend them to others, and my son actually went to America's tire for a better deal a few months ago.
My experiences have not been stellar, except for the alignment check by the taller blonde guy.
They can do better.
They should have asked me if I wanted my still good tires to utilize their remaining lifespan and switch them out seasonally.
I wasn't thinking of that after the sticker shock, but as tire professionals, they absolutely should have, and I would be giving a different review.
I will look to another shop for my next purchase.

2 +hours later, my tire rotation was started. A few people came and left in this time. Did they all take theor lunch together? I would gladly pay for a rotation not to have my day wasted like this. I had no idea it would be 2 hour wait! The staff is nice but I really don't think I'll come back. I did have an appointment and I arrived earlier and I thought I was on the waiting list when they asked did I still want to wait for my appointment which was in 2 more hours. What?! We talked about this!

Was experiencing brake pedal fade. Was prepared to replace the front brakes. The technician told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes and released car back despite request to keep looking, as I knew the issue was getting worse. He declined to put more time into it, insisted nothing was wrong. I Immediately took car to another Shop and at first they found the same results, but I urged them to keep looking. And hour later technician called with a diagnosis of a split in the brake hose. Car was fixed and I lived to tell the story. Side note, I worked for Les Schwab years ago as a manager in the brake and alignment department in another State. This is not the service I would have expected from any of my technicians, this was NOT ACCEPTABLE. Brakes are not to be taken lightly. Never question your customers experience and get to the bottom of the issue or get out of the business, lives are at risk
