My last visit to this Lowe’s was pretty ridiculous. I wouldn’t review low but this is the second time we’ve had to deal with ridiculousness here.
First off, it was late in the evening and Lowe’s was practically empty. Plenty of workers walked past us when we first got there, but they must’ve gone on vacation before we needed help. I needed a bracket. Simple. The bracket that I needed had a “sample“ screwed to the shelf to indicate where they would be. They were not there. We searched high and low to find someone to help us. Pushed the button multiple times and heard the announcement for service needed repeating over and over again. I finally went to the front, where the checkout clerk called for someone and it was still several minutes before we got help, only to have the person act confused and eventually shrug and apologize. The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes, And I’m stuck ordering it on Amazon.
Our previous problem was a rebate that they offered us when we bought a dishwasher that they refused to honor. It took several attempts by phone and finally an indoor visit to accomplish what should’ve been automatic.

This store is well stocked with every item one could think of needing for a remodel. The selection is basic for cabinets, countertops and flooring. Pricing, as anywhere is....we'll you know.

Be wary. We applied for credit for bathroom remodel. They took days, and multiple calls to approve for 3500. I requested an increase which took more calls and days, they declined my request! My credit score is over 800 and I make darn good money. Feel like home depot is cheaper and easier to deal with. And the credit application at home depot was seamless, and they approved for 10,000. Lowes you are losing money!

We order Vinyl Fencing (appropriatly $14,000.00) from Lowe's Folsom and passed on to the Martell Store starting the first week of April and it has been a challenge to say the least, the original order was delayed a week (3 weeks Total) and when it was delivered out of 41 section of fence 14 of them were incorrect so we had to re-order and pay up front for the replacement sections that were incorrectly delivered or wait for them to pick up the wrong sections and do a refund and then re- order. The new delivery was scheduled for May 16th, we were emailed on the 15 verifying the delivery would be between 10 and 2 the 16th but that morning a new email stating the delivery would not be until the 23rd. Called the store this morning (pro desk) was transferred to shipping and receiving (Dale ) and of course nobody answered the phone.So will try again tomorrow and see if this is really going to happen. Not feeling very reassuring about it or even this review and not sure we will be using Lowe's for any future projects

Lowe’s is usually well stocked with many items that are needed for your household needs. If something isn’t there it can be ordered and picked up at the store location.

Sold me a faulty fridge, when returning it wouldn't let me exchange the fridge or give me store credit to get a new one the same day. Stuck with no fridge until my refund can be processed into my account.

Nearly impossible to speak to a human when calling. First time I called, I was placed on hold for 41 minutes before I gave up to eat dinner. Today I tried calling three times and waited for over 20 minutes for any person to pick up the phone. They never did. Is Lowe's OK? Are people being held hostage and that's why nobody is answering the phone? Are they closed? Did they evacuate? Why does nobody answer the phone at 3pm on a Thursday???

Lowe's in Jackson have the nicest employees, always happy to help with a smiling face. Gabe one of their employees help me out with cutting some lumber for my project and even gave me a discount with one of the lumber that has damage on it. Keep up the great work guys, you all are awesome!
