“We visited for the furniture store portion of the small business. Only one friendly sales man working during the weekday we visited and he was busy. Good selection of quality sofas, recliners, lamps, tables, and mattresses. I've decided to give 4 stars due to the fact that the estimated time/day of furniture delivery quoted was WAY off. Couch was previously ordered before we came in and purchased, 2-4 weeks out from being available. We were told once that arrived we'd be getting the matching love seat, in stock locally, and couch delivered in approximately 4 weeks. We called back at week 4 and were told by a different sales person it would be 8 weeks. Not a huge problem, I realize things occur beyond control, but it seemed misleading, especially without a courtesy call explaining any unforseen delays. Overall, I'd recommend, but be wary of delivery quotes/sell tactics.”

“Foothill Appliance was very prompt and courtious as the repaired our dryer issue. They also helped identify the likely culprit that stressed the dryer in such a way that sensor/controller failed.
So, not only did we get great service in the repair, we were educated on how to maintain the dryer's vent path so as to minimize strain and reduce the failure rate.
