“This is a safe and clean storage facility. I’m sad that Carol is no longer at the front desk! She was a very friendly and valued employee.
Took a star away because prices went up to $86 for a small 5x5 unit and they refused to refund me when they accidentally charged me for insurance for two months when I had already submitted my proof of renters insurance.
The manager was really nice and probably didn’t have a lot of control over it. I heard from other people that management changed recently.
I hope the new managers know the community they are in and that everyone talks. If Carol quit, they should know they lost a good employee and the community will miss her.”
