After a long year or better searching for someone to help my best friend and guardian deuce of nine years I was 99% sure that on February 22 I would have to put him down. By the grace of God, my old vet had no appointments for that day, and they referred me to Mueller pet hospital were their staff of angels was able to save him if only for a little while, but that was way better than nothing. At least now even though unfortunately my deuce is not cured. At least I have him for a little while longer and that's a blessing, thanks to the staff at Mueller Hospital.

This place performs miracles! My 9 year old rescue, a Bully/Pitbul, Deuce , had a large cancerous tumor which encompassed the entire area from under his right eye to his nose which we were told was "inoperable" by a different vet. Deuce's tumor ruptured and he was bleeding profusely. I was prepared to put him down. I saw no other option. I called VCA Meuller, explained the problem, they took us in immediately. We had Dr. Charn examine Deuce and a miracle happened! Dr. Charn performed emergency surgery and was able to remove half of the tumor and saved Deuce's life! He is currently 1 week out of surgery and is recovering well. I went there to put Deuce down and ended up bringing him home! Miracles do happen! The staff is amazing! They understand what I was going through, they are compassionate, courteous, friendly and supportive. They are so wonderful!! They understand my financial situation and worked with me to get help from Hope Funds in paying a portion of the cost! The total amount left was an amount I could afford. Understanding my financial situation, they provided some services free! They are AWESOME! Every person who works there is extremely knowledgeable about their field and they all go above and beyond to help me! They give the same treatment to all the people who walk through their doors! The hospital itself is state of the art!! They give you and your pets the utmost respect and care! I can't find the words to express how grateful I am and how incredible they are! They are a godsend for me! I recommend them to anyone who needs veterinary advice and care!! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my entire life!! Thank you to everyone at VCA Meuller for performing this miracle and making me able to spend more time with my baby boy, Deuce!

We are so grateful for VCA Mueller!! Last night we thought we had a critical situation. Our Doberman stomach was severely bloated and when he was trying to throw up nothing would come out. You could tell he was in distress. These are all signs of bloat that could take his life. As soon as we got there they asked us questions and took him back right away. They were great! The put us back in a room and the power went out because of the storm. Thank goodness they have generators! The good news is it wasn't bloat, but it was food bloat. They showed us on the exam. At the time we had no idea how he could have gotten into that much food!! Somehow he got into a bag of dog food in the garage and ate about 1/3 of a 40 pound bag. He needed to be hospitalized. This team was amazing! They were quick to respond and we are very thankful for this 24 hour facility in our community!

In all my years being a customer here I have not ONCE called their office where I was not put on hold for at least 10 minutes. Not once. But when you go to the office with your pet there are 4 or 5 "receptionists" sitting behind the counter doing very little. Also their pricing has gotten to the gouge point. $85 for a visit. $490 for euthanasia/cremation ( without cremain return requested), and qouted $750-$800 for a simple male neuter.

No one wants to be at the emergency vet, but if you have to, this place was great. They were super communicative, passionate, speedy (much speedier than I anticipated) and Callie (I believe was the vet techs name) was great!! Thank you!!

It took me a long time to find the courage to share my experience with VCA Mueller. I did not want to think about this traumatic experience or relive it. My baby was in critical conditions when I brought him in. He spent a week in the intensive care unit cared for by angels. From the director who models compassion, leadership, and humility, to the veterinarians who are professional, caring, and dedicated, and to the veterinarian supervisors and assistants that understand how important their role is in making sure they bring joy, love, and patience to the everyday care of animals that are suffering and recovering. I cannot thank Dr. Klein enough for her brilliance, putting together a team of genuine, caring people who love animals and who would do anything to save one. The combined effort, knowledge, and pure love for animals made it so that I was able to bring my baby back home. He is now doing fine and runs with the same spirit and joy of always.

I brought in my cat for an emergency appointment. The surrounding was neat and clean, customer service was great. The staff was nice to my cat, my cat was scare of the surrounding and seeing other animals at that environment gave him anxiety and fear. Once the vet seen me, they mentioned my cat had to be there overnight after a small procedure, next day we picked up our cat, he was fine and a bit scare as expected of even his normal surrounding. A week later the cone came off and he was running around the house like nothing had happened. Great vet and I highly recommend it for anybody that are local.

First time there. Staff was really nice. Doctor was wonderful. Wait was very long. But I believe they had a couple of procedures. Pricing was pretty good compared to other ER's.

I feel it's important to reiterate the concerns I raised in my previous review, as it seems my feedback may not have been fully acknowledged. While I understand that every business strives to maintain high standards of care, it's crucial to address specific issues and allegations raised in my review. I was disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication during my visit, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. In order to improve your services and maintain your reputation, it's essential to take constructive feedback seriously. I would appreciate it if you could provide a more detailed response addressing the specific incidents and concerns I mentioned in my previous review.

The Senior Class is the best! Wide range of participant's ages and exercises for the beginner and the seasoned gym goer. Building, strength, balance, range of motion. Also a friendly, laid back, enjoyable atmosphere.

We had a bit of a scare this week and found ourselves thinking we needed to get our cat into an emergency vet. This was about 5:30pm on a Tuesday. We had no idea where to go so we called our regular vet since they were open for another half hour. They told us they could fit us in in about 2 days, but our cat was actively bleeding so we were very concerned since we couldn't really tell how big the wound was or know how to stop the bleeding. They gave us a name of an emergency vet and said we can just go: VCA Mueller. We get in the car really fast and drive to Mueller, go in and are greeted by a very cheerful front desk representative (so sorry, I didn't catch their name but they helped us and I'm so grateful). They told us that they might have to send us to another vet because their doctor was going into surgery. They sent for a vet tech to come help us in the waiting room who looked at the wound and told us how to administer temporary aid until we could get in with our regular vet and put our mind at ease for the moment and that he didn't need stitches. They front desk person also gave us a list of 24 hour vets in the area and highlighted the ones we should target since they share a board online that tells them the wait/availability. We didn't get treated by a vet at this establishment, but we were treated very well by the rest of the staff and they helped us more than they know. I have to seriously consider changing vets now from this great experience. I didn't think to take any pictures during this little crisis, but this was one of the nicest lobby and waiting area of any vet I've ever been to. It was huge and very clean! Thank you to everyone who helped us with our cat, and thanks for helping other pet owners.

After four relatively incident-free years, my dog finally chewed and ingested plastic garbage. We discovered the evidence after being out for a couple hours at night. VCA Mueller was open and advised us that it was still within a reasonable time to induce vomiting. My dog was stressed and shivering upon realizing we were at a vet. However, after 20 minutes of induced vomiting supervised by a kind vet, he came practically skipping and happy out to meet us in the waiting room. The vet explained she thought they got everything, but to observe him. Over a week later he is fine and happy and seemingly untraumatized. We are happy with VCA's service and for providing cost-saving options.

They overcharge you, avoid this place!! I am very upset with the service I received by this place. I know VCA hospitals are always super expensive in general, but the way I was up sold for things for my dog who broke her leg is ridiculous. Less than a week ago I went in because my dog needed to be checked after falling off the bed and I was charged $1200 for a visit, x rays, sedation, a splint that ended up falling off 3 days later because it wasn't tailored to her size (she's a corgi and had a super big splint). I was able to follow up with her vet who informed me the splint was put on incorrectly and he only charged me $200 for adjusting it and x rays + sedation and the visit. My veterinarian hospital has two vets working out of it and both suggested I call VCA because of how bad of a job they did. The doctor followed up with me when I told her my dog's splint was coming off but told me I was responsible for paying still.
