Bill is great. Deals with insurance wonderfully, answers all together questions, he's honest and no bs. Did such a great job repairing my car and getting the paint color matched! The repair was relatively quick and he kept me updated on everything. I definitely recommend North State Auto Body!

Bill is a great service professional. His estimate was spot on, his shop was easily located. He was on it and with his phone he proceeded to document and figure out the costs. I thought his estimate was more than fair . Really quick and very nice.

I needed a quote to get a claim rolling. I called NSA, not sure who was on the other side. I explained my situation and was told, "no problem, bring it in and we'll give you a quote".I showed up and asked to have a quote, I'm guessing it was the owner at the desk. First question he asked was, "is this through insurance?". I told him no. He then backpedaled and stated how busy they were and he couldn't provide a quote...Take your business elsewhere.

Someone backed into my driver's side door and State Farm sent me to North State for repair work. The owner Bill was terrific and easy to work with. The repair was done perfectly and the car is as good as new. Once scheduled, the work was completed on time and the car was available when promised.

After using the James Brother's at Martel Auto Body happily for 30 years I had no idea where to go for repairs after they retired. Went to another larger local auto repair shop and it took a week to have someone even come out and look at my car then received an estimate in mail another week later. No one ever called me. I was highly recommended to North State Auto Body and so glad!!! I dropped by the shop with out an appointment and Bill Wise gladly gave me an estimate right then and there. He was fantastic to work with - called back, gave honest answers and did what they said. Got my car back yesterday and I am a happy camper! It was perfect! I found my new Auto Body shop but hope they don't have to see me often. Will be recommending them to all I know!

This place is a Joke !! This guy left me hanging for 3 weeks . Never got back to me . Never contacted my insurance company..Born and raised in A/C 53 years .. Go Somewhat else !!!! Don't wast your time..

North State agreed to restore my car with the understanding that they wouldn’t be able to start work for three months. After agreeing to the wait they said they’d call me when to bring the car in. After five weeks I decided to call and see how the timeframe was lining up. I was told they were dropping my job due to being buried in insurance work. They wasted 5 weeks of my time and didn’t have the decency to call and be straight up. Terrible customer service.

Good small local business. They gave me an estimate on the spot and worked with me and my insurance well. The repair work was done within the time I was told and looks as good as new.

I did not have to wait for an appointment to get a quote. Quote was fast and accurate. Very nice people and was happy I found them.
