This store is really great about helping customers and really good with returns. They understand sometimes when you are starting a project, you might need to buy extra stuff, so you have everything you need.
There is one guy there who helps me often, Cam. He's always smiling and no matter how difficult the item the customer needs is he tries to get it for them.
There are a lot of auto parts stores in Jackson, this is one I'd recommend.
They treat everyone well.
They truly seem to understand when your car isn't working right it's a bad day.
And they go over and beyond

I have always used O’Reilly auto parts in different state. This one was exceptional as the man working with me was very professional and they did not have the part I needed. He went on their system and there were none in their local chain but he told me he could have one there by 12:30. I had to be at my destination by 12:00 so was one my way with a smile for his excellent service.

A real auto parts store. Awesome service, extremely friendly - this reminds me of being in a parts store 25 years ago, when they were riddled with professionals. people really know their stuff and Cam the gentleman who helped me out was so very polite and helpful. This will be my go to store from now on.

I was helped by Jim the other evening. He was a major helped I’d been struggling on the same thing for 5 days and within 5 minutes he helped me identify the problem I was running into and gave me a list of possible solutions.

Our O'Reilly's is a good store that has knowledgeable staff and comparable merchandise. I gotta admit that I usually shop at the other guys AZ. That said I have on the spot dropped in here and spent a dime or two. Always had a good experience hands down. One issue for me is the way it's situated I have to turn and go down the road to pull in and call me weird but it just goes against the flow a little. I'm not usually going through that area though I go by quite often. For me it's just off the beaten path.

O'Reilly is swift, because they receive my auto's parts, timely. Their selection of products is extensive, however they do not carry distilled water.
