I had a 30-minute wait in a freezing cold lobby to be greeted by a rude employee who was clearly unhappy to be there. When I asked her about the heat, she told me she puts the heat on for limited time when she feels cold enough to determine that her patients are cold. Then she quoted me an estimate very unprofessionally, and I walked out. I asked my doctor to forward any future diagnostic tests to Sutter Amador Hospital, as I will never return to Quest again. I'll gladly pay elsewhere if need be. After many bad experiences, this being the worst, I'm done. The worst part is that I really needed my blood work done today because I'm feeling bad and need the lab work to determine the cause.

Appointments were a month and a half out so I was told to do a walk-in. They opened at 7:30 but the girl didn’t show up until 7:40. The second girl showed up at 7:47. The first appointment wasn’t until 7:50 but she wouldn’t take me. Then as time went on more and more people showed up and I didn’t get seen.

The people who work there are great but their software doesn’t work to schedule appointments. It is one of the worst online appointment apps I have ever attempted to use. And their opt out of cookies borders on illegal.

I would like to thank Britney for a painless quick and easy blood draw and no mark or bruising. I have had so many say they can't find my vain and dig for it and leave my arm bruised for 2 weeks. I will definitely come back here when I need blood work done and request Britney. Thank you!

The automated phone service is the worst never use it again hope to never use quest either if that’s how they run their business

I have been having my lab work at this Quest location for several years and I go there frequently. I always make an appointment and usually I am greeted immediately and don't even have a chance to sit down before they are drawing my blood. Dawn and Amber are both very proficient at their job and always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this Quest location.

Today during a short break I went into quest diagnostic in Jackson California. I waited for about two minutes and listen to a very ornery and needy man speaking to the nurse. He repeated himself over and over because he wanted more than what she could give him. The RN in charge was a Saint. She politely repeated herself over and over to this patient to adequately inform him of what he needed to do to get the care that he wanted. I am also a nurse and I grew to respect her greatly related to her patience and kindness towards him because it would’ve been a challenge for me. She drew my blood within a minute and it was painless. She remained bright and cheerful. She is humble and kind. Quest diagnostic you are very lucky and blessed to have Dawn as your RN.

Dawn is very helpful and patient. I had a problem getting my doctors order sent to Quest but Dawn worked until she got it and I had my blood work done as needed. Thank you Dawn.

Has the medical field completely went down hill? This quest has the rudest staff I have ever seen. Since we are a small community with very little healthcare facilities seems like quest would want the business. Time for a formal complaint with quest. Apparently the reviews are not waking the supervisors up.

If you are needing routine lab work doneI recommend you make an appointment for your lab work. This will save you any wait time. Walk-in are okay; but you may have some wait time: as persons with appointments have priority. Face covering are required; even if you are vaccinated.The waiting room is very basic, no bells or whistles; but the staff is exceptional at what they do. I never had an unpleasant experience.

Trying to get a morning appointment in the quest at martell is horrible, I got an afternoon appt, but was in the area, The tech was out with a message saying she would be back. I waited . when she came back she asked if I had a quest appointment. This was around 1030 but no one was in the waiting room or standing outside. I told her yes at 1:00 she said fine see you at 1:00. I told her no one was there. My intent was to see if there was an earlier open time but she just shined me on. I went fine. Drove to Sutter hospital which had a nice waiting room. they were happy to see me with no appointment. Sutter had me in and out in about 15 minutes. My results were in to me that afternoon. It's sutter for me from now on and no more understaffed Quest problems.

Technician was rude. I was told that I cannot email my lab slip to them but I needed to print out a piece of paper? Who uses pieces of paper anymore? I do not live in the area and I had to travel to use the slab. Definitely would not recommend.
