I return time and time again to this exact location (Quest inside Safeway of Jackson) for one reason only- Julie is the best! She finds my deep veins with ease and treats me like family while being professional all the while. It’s that sweet woman who makes an unenjoyable experience pleasant and looking forward to the next visit. She deserves a raise!

You know the quest down in Sacramento , Ive previously gone for 20 years plus.. ,, they probably do one patient every five maybe 10 minutes. I've never been to the one up in Jackson California, but its one patient every 30 minutes and I didnt know not to get there early and she just made us wait so that if we want to wait 45 minutes till 4 oclock , , we could just have a seat so we did and when she called me and she said this is no place for kids, but we had just come from eating out at lunch And we were on our way home and I needed my lab work done so we stopped to get it done... it was not a friendly atmosphere at all and then telling me oh this is no place for kids.
Everybody brings their kids. You know you can't t leave them at home. What are you supposed to do? Leave them in the car. People in Jackson dont know how lucky to have it. They have 30 minutes per patient when people in Sacramento have like five minutes.. she did spend a whole half hour which each other patient chitchatting away but with me, I was in and out in 10 minutes. I didn't appreciate the attitude that she had the entire time me and my daughter and the grandkids were there. A boy that's three and a girl that's 4.... I'm used to walking into Quest , with 25 people and lots of kids , blind people ,, people on wheelchairs, ppl that don't speak English ,, the I just don't think she knows how nice she has it. .... i'm at cardiac tech works for dignity health for 30 years. I know how things run and you cannot have an attitude like that , I won't be going back.

My last blood draw at Quest at the Safeway Pharmacy in Martel was fantastic. Did the appointment & check in online. I was ushered in a few minutes before my appointment, and I was out in 10 minutes. It was a bit complicated because I was doing different blood tests for two separate doctors orders, and they got it right. I had the results online the next day. And virtually no discoloration at the draw site on my arm the following day. Like a perfect experience!

I had issues with my doctors instructions on how to handle a sample to be dropped off at quest. Things were so messed up that I ended up having to make three trips back-and-forth to the location in Jackson off of Clinton. I made two trips on one day, and was not able to get my sample delivered and the third trip was the morning of the next day. It turned out my sample was completely wrong. Based on the information they gave me versus the information they gave quest in the order. Monica, Was very helpful in getting things worked out for me and I want her to know that I really appreciate her help.

Rude phlebotomist, just plain nasty. My Sister does not drive and had a 4 mile walk. Quest appointments were to far out for her Doctor so she went as a walk in. Even telling the Phleb she didn’t mind waiting All Day. Nope No Empathy coming from that Healthcare Worker. Please dont reply with im sorry. Are You really?
