The customer service I rcv'd on 8/8/25 was very good. I went in for hp21 ink cartridge and did not see what i needed, so when asked if I needed help, the cashier immediately helped and explained they were fazeing that one out, but looked further and found they still had a few in stock. She went and found it for me. Exceptional service today. Thank you. 😀

I was able to purchase an $85.00 desk lamp for $27.00 using the rewards I got from purchasing ink for my printer which I needed to buy anyway. This Rewards system is a really good one. I wish more people realized it really will save them money to sign up… I’m really glad that I did. :)

Jessica from marketing helped me fix an error with an Amazon return at the end of a Saturday night. She was courteous, professional, and patient. I could hear her helping someone else with the same problem at the same time. These are frustrating situations and she handled it very well.

Bought hp cartridge, made less than 10 copies ran out of ink. Store manager said because the package was opened, it wasn’t his problem . Take it with hp . Tell me how you can tell if a cartridge is defective with opening it? Will buy from wal mart next time.
