I'm extremely upset ... after having to wait 6 months to supposedly get the desired color I wanted (silver/grey), I came out of there darker than what I went in with. I'm never going back! To add insult to injury I didn't even get the cut I want, the stylist stating she wasn't good at short haircuts. I might add that in the 2 appointments I had there I'm down almost $400.00!! Buyer beware.

My hairdresser was Maddie and she did me so good. I cut off probably 10ish inches and she did such a good job I love it and she was a lovely person as well ?

My appointment last night was with Maddy for Roots and Highlights (weave) hair color.I cannot describe my disappointment when I got home and lifted my hair off my face. I saw an inch wide band of brown hair color stain all along my forehead and neck. I realize this can happen from time to time to leave a little residue, but this was beyond anything I've ever experienced. Scrubbing in the shower with a scrubby and makeup remover cloths have failed to remove the stain. Awesome. :-(I had made a point of mentioning my previous hair color done elsewhere had been too ashy, too dark, and kinda grayish looking, so I was looking for a more golden color. Maddy assured me she could do that. My hair was still wet when I left, (my choice), and when I remarked that it looked pretty dark was reassured it would dry lighter.In daylight this morning I can now see that the color is once again too ashy, too dark, and almost gray looking, again. There are few if any visible highlights in spite of the all over foils that she applied. I don't know what went wrong, but this level of failure is quite upsetting for $175. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Andrea not only because she's such a sweetheart but because she definitely knows what she's doing, I remember the first time I got my hair done by her she exactly gave me what she wanted, I went back a few months later and changed my hair again and she again pleased me with what I wanted, she takes good care of her costumers and recommends what is best for your hair.. I have never ever not been back to hair stylist with Andrea I've been back and back I actually going there with her again and I know she will not disappoint me!! I love when it's time to wash my hair cause she always give the best head massage ever and asks you how you want your water temp!! Definitely sticking to Andrea for my hair

So clean and beautiful inside... all the girls are great but I go to haylee for color shes amazing! Only the best products are used and my hair always feels healthy when i leave no matter the treatment i got... definitely worth the money to feel like a queen!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE KENDAL!!! OR YOU WILL REGRET IT, I AM JUST TELLING YOU FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! SHE WAS WAY OVERPRICED BUT IF IT HAD BEEN WORTH IT, I WOULD NOT LEAVE THIS REVIEW!!. I RECEIVED A BAD HAIR CUT, CHOPPING IN LIEU OF LAYERING AND THE HIGHLIGHTING CHEMICALS OVER PROCESSED MY HAIR BIG TIME!!!! I THINK ? SHE JUST LACKS THE EXPERIENCE TO HIGHLIGHT PROPERLY AND LACKS THE TALENT OF A TRIM OR SIMPLE LAYERING!!! I WILL WAIT TILL MY HAIR IS HEALTHY AGAIN TO RE-HIGHLIGHT AND I HAD SOMEONE RE SHAPE MY HAIR THAT MY HUSBAND USES TO ALLOW MY HAIR TO GROW OUT PROPERLY BY SHAPING UP KENDALL’S CHUNKY TRIM/HAIRCUT AND TRIM OFF SOME OF THE OVER PROCESSED DRIED ENDS DUE TO THE OVER PROCESSING. I AM NOT BEING MEAN NOR VINDICTIVE BUT WISHED I HAD BEEN WARNED AHEAD OF TIME RE KENDALL’S NON EXPERIENCE IN SO MANY AREAS. beware!!! do not use kendall, bad hair trim and highlights over processed my hair and over charged me big time!!! others have told me as well, as I knew already, it was a bad hair cut and my hair was over processed and ridiculously over priced to damage one's hair!!! BAD NEWS. SHE SHOULD BE LET GO, SORRY TO SAY!!!

Haylee is the best! I drive from Folsom to Jackson to see her. She is the best with color, styling, cuts and dealing specifically with my super fine hair. She's the best! Cute salon, everyone there is welcoming and friendly.
