I've been going here for YEARS with my dad and my daughter. Rosie is the best!! She's so helpful and so friendly!! She's very honest and answers any questions I have .. As long as Rosie is here at this location I won't be going anywhere else!! Oh! And Debbie is amazing too!!

Good experience, though the fees get a bit higher with each visit. Still, service is more personable, quicker yet thorough and price is a far cry better than using H\\u0026R Block.

Today was the first time I visited Rosie and her team at the west covina office. I am very satisfied with how I was attended to. Rosie was very thorough about everything, and explained everything to me so well! I will definitely be coming back here !

I'm just giving a huge shoutout to Jackson Hewitt in West Covina on Azusa for taking care of my taxes and they had great customer service! They even gave me a returning customer credit, and a referral credit for bringing my girlfriend. Definitely recommend this place if you haven't done your taxes! Carmen is awesome!

Me and my husband Nathan, have been going to Rosie for 2 years. She is an awesome person and very helpful. She's fast and efficient. She makes us feel very comfortable and is a pleasure to be around. Rosie is absolutely the best!!!!! She has has been my tax preparer for my daughter and myself for quite sometime now. She makes us feel like family when we go visit. She works by the rules and tells you how it is. Thank you Rosie for all you do.
