Went in for a pedicure, waited in chair & feet in water for 30 min. It was only myself & one other lady there. The male manicurist did a horrible job!! I won't be returning ever.

Michael is so gentle and kind, he made sure to ask me what I wanted and how I liked my shape. The shop is clean and quiet! It’s great for a self care afternoon by yourself. Michael is attentive and did both my nails and pedi. Loving my Thursday, thanks to Michael👍

Don’t walk, RUN to Top Nails! This was the third place I tried since moving here and it’s the last place I’ll need. Michael and T are the absolute best and are incredibly talented! You’ll never go anywhere after Top Nails nor will you need to, they’re simply the best! No lifting, no chipping…. Perfection!

Run, don't walk to Top Nails! This was the third place I tried since moving to the area, and let me tell you.... THEY ARE AWESOME!!! Michael is incredibly talented and FUNNY! He told me the price before he started and also explained what service would be best for my nails and lifestyle, and he was right! It's been three weeks since I had my nails done and NOTHING is even close to lifting! I'm a customer for life!

Used to be a very happy customer. Then Michael did a horrible, rushed pedicure that involved getting oil on my clothes. I had made my appointing another person but he interceded for some reason. I swore I'd never go back but gave them one more try. The woman (didn't get make) used a Dremel (?) on both by hands and feet. Ruined my nails until they grew out and made my fingers bleed. Never again!

I called super last minute with a request to get dip nail off and do a gel nail set, they squeezed me in so quickly! They were very kind and cooperative and gave me exactly what I wanted. The woman who did my nails had said she had done nails for over 34 years, and you could tell. She was quick, fun, and professional.

Closing is still another hour away and as soon as her light color clients leave she starts sweeping the day in my face. After just telling her that I was up north in a fire and was having trouble breathing. I asked her to please stop as i was just seconds from getting done and if she can wait till I left to resume sweeping totally ignored me kept sweeping.

Amazing job I came to jackson and me and my sister decided to get our nails done after previously having them done at the same place they got me, my sister, and our friend in very soon after called. both times they did a fabulous job with making them exactly how I wanted them please go to this place it is amazing, and they have the best customer service experience I have ever had from any other nail salon.Services: Acrylic nails
