Extremely convenient having a place locally to do UPS returns. There's a couple other but they charge in addition to the UPS postage. Although since CVS doesn't have enough staff, there's usually a 20 minute wait for dropoff.

I just wanted to speak to a person and I couldn’t get through and it’s really annoying. I should be able to just speak to someone and not have to sit there and listen to a machine
