My husband and I went here to purchase a printer....we were pleased with the selection and I think we got a fair price. We head to the register and we are helped by a young lady who it seemed was a fairly new employee, but she was friendly and trying her best. I wanted to pay part cash and part debit card. She was unsure how to proceed and called for help. This is where it gets uncomfortable. The lady that came to help her was unbelievable. She was so rude to the new employee and chastised her in front of us. She was telling her, it was wrong because she " did this" and " why didn't she do that" , I mean being soooo unprofessional that my husband and I were uncomfortable. The new employee was apologetic and we told her not to worry, all of us were new to something at one time or another and to take her time. Shame on the other lady who seemed to be management of some sort. That's not the way to train people and you only made yourself look like a jerk. I wish I remembered her name!

I was having stationary printed for two, little pen pals and I receive a call about copyright infringement on characters. Emily refused to print the stationary sets.I was flabbergasted and so disappointed, because let's be realistic. EVERY kid has character themed birthday invites, thank you cards, etc. Technically, they are all probably copyright infringement. But once again, let's be realistic... They get printed!!I redid the order at a different Staples location and ZERO issues. No harassing phone calls. My stationary set was printed with no problems.Come on, Jackson Staples. Really? I had loved using your print service. Now I'm pretty peeved about it. You're gonna loose out on local business with the refusal to print things.

Visited Staples today to get some organizers and I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca. She told me all about the new Staples mobile app and how to get some coupons. She took the time to walk me through downloading the app, logging in and connecting my existing Staples account. She was patient and pleasant the entire time despite my fumbling around. She is an absolute treasure and Staples is lucky to have her.

Just had to comment, needed help with a pattern I had had enlarged. Zoe in the printing department was incredible, corrected the error and saved my project. I really appreciate the time she took to make the adjustment.
