They have a horrible habit of having to close due to any number of mechanical issues. They do not call you when this happens.

Hear me out, if your not gonna put carts in the store it makes more sense to "leave them where they fall" in the parkinglot so folks don't have to walk a mile for a cart. It's only gonna get worse.

Left the oil cap off on my 16 year old daughter's car. The engine light has been coming on since. Definitely won't return

If I could put no stars I would. We had a blow out on our trailer on Sunday going up 88. Walmart was the only store open to get tires. Went into store and asked for 245/75/16 tires 10 ply. Took them over an hour to find a tire. Once they found a tire they brought out the wrong load rating and proceeded to do so again after another hour. If I didn’t pay attention these guys would have put passenger rated tires when I requested 10 ply and they had no idea how to identify the difference in tires. This not only was super frustrating but also incredibly unsafe if they let’s say put passenger tires on a larger truck like f250/350. Once we bought the tires the also informed me they could not jack up the trailer to install the tire and I would have to. I will never be back.

I'm giving this three stars as a balance for my experiences. Half the time I go in it takes 15-20 minutes max to get an oil change. Sometimes it takes upwards of an hour or more. This past experience put such a bad taste in my mouth that I feel it needs to be written. I drove up to the lube section at 4pm on a Thursday. There was one other car in the lube bay in front of me and I was next in line. There were a couple other cars in the tire bays but it appeared there were two different crews, one working on oil and one on tires. I'm thinking, great this will only take about 20 minutes. Nope. I wait for 40 minutes before they finally come in to finish the process for the lady in front of me. They had some issues with her car, so ok the time it took was understandable. It should only be a max of fifteen minutes for my car now right? Nope. I wait 15 minutes, it is now 4:55pm, still no word so I stand up and look out. At first I don't see any vehicles or people in the bays at all. I look around and see all the personnel standing in a powwow circle outside the bays talking. I wonder if my car was finished and I just wasn't called despite waiting in the waiting area. Nope. It is in the bay, hidden behind some equipment but its just sitting there, no one is working on it. Ok, what's going on? I stand there watching and they don't even break from their powwow circle until 5:30pm to work on my car, of which it takes them only five minutes to complete from that point. So in total, I waited an hour and thirty five minutes. Did they all take lunch at the same time? Did they have to take a mandatory heat break since it was 94 degrees that day? I don't know because I was never told why they stood around talking for a total of thirty five minutes, possibly more, while my car sat in the bay. Not going to lie, it got under my skin a bit.

A while back I took an old truck I had there for an oil change. I was charged for lube, oil, AND filter. When I got home, I opened the hood and noticed that the filter was the same one that was on there before I went in. Never again.

Stupid service. I went in and parked at 3:40pm. Waited a minute for someone to come to greet me. I asked for battery and they said they stopped doing services for that day. And I was to go somewhere else that was WAY more expensive ? was annoyed. If your hours are until 7pm then you shouldn't be stopping services until then. Smdh

Tried last week several times on different days and again on Monday this week to reach their Automotive department on the telephone to ask a simple question... if a certain size tire was in stock and/or to make an appointment... The phone would ring twenty or more times without anyone answering the phone, including a message service. I called the main Walmart number and was transferred to the automotive department, but again nobody ever answered the phone. Decided to take my business elsewhere. How bizarre... try the number yourself ... 209-223-5197

Called several times trying get ahold the auto department and they never answered the phone. Tried the store’s main number with no luck either. Even Walmart’s 800 number customer service folks couldn’t get ahold of them.

I got to be honest I only rated the one because I was never able to obtain service from Walmart I called several times at different times of the day across two weeks and I've never been able to get in touch with anybody in the auto care center just to ask if I need an appointment to get tires

Greeted immediately. I brought our 05 Mustang in for an oil change. Friendly and professional service. We have had zero issues with Wal-Mart changing our oil. Use the synthetic high mileage. Thank you.
