Awesome Walmart

I use to think Walmart was about the people. All people. We the people. No matter where you come from or status in society, you have to admit, yes you shopped at Walmart. But this is because they gave you the feeling that everyone is accepted. Not anymore. If you are gun owner and you want to maintain good, safe gun training so you can protect your family in the safest way, don't bother looking to Walmart for your gun training supplies. I vow today and forever, I will no longer shop at Walmart until they include all people. This includes Patriots and proud citizens of this great country.

My husband and i came shopping and parked in the handicap. A very nice employee "alex", went out of his way to go into the store and get my husband a scooter. Thank you alex to taking the time for us.

I greatly appreciate Michael from the Auto Center who, on a short handed Sunday, went above and beyond in helping me with my tire situation. Great customer service !

I love this Walmart. People complaining about this place are basically choosy beggars. This is a great place to get most of your essentials. Customer service is good compared to Bay Area Walmart's.

Oh boy is all I can say here it's a hit and miss i enjoy some of the staff very friendly lately they gotten rid of the yucky employees. I have a few favorite but lately a few very rude ones. I get the whole check the receipt at the door thing. Even tho it's not required by law: here is why I say this we did not sign a contract for them to do so. Me personally I don't care I don't have nothing to hide however this method becomes an issue if you get a lazy cashier and they didn't ring up you up properly meaning they used the same value or different and a different product. Now leaving the store becomes an issue you now have a different item. Today I watched a horrible thing a lady who was a dressed nice in Her Dr attire paying cash and paid for a light for a little sweet lady because the checker wasn't paying attention lol I sorta overheard not trying to ease drop but her child got injured very seriously she flew out of the store I had noticed she very quickly gathered her stuffed spilt as I was exiting they where holding her up for wrong receipt? Oh man did I want to step in it seemed ok, who knows but I hate coming here I have been grabbed on my arm before with my receipt in hand for laundry soap. I'm sorry but usually in this town its inside folks stealing just saying.. I hate this place I want another place to shop. I don't think I'm coming back after what I seen today plus my experience here. It enough!

This bad review goes out to who ever designed the layout for this store. Not only is this store too small to serve the growing population, the set up of isles totally sucks. I hate having to go to this store because it is a major traffic jam with shopping carts. Displays are in the centers of the major isles which create a major cluster F. Come on management, talk to your upper management to come up with a solution. This place is a joke.

I saw a review that said shelves are always stocked. They most certainly are not. There are always at lease a couple items I come in for that they don't have. I'm typically only able to go in after work when they're pretty busy but the past 5 or 6 visits they've only had 2 cashiers open with lines pouring into the walkway. They've managed to push out a lot of competition but now they don't have to try as hard so they under staff, under stock, and under deliver on customer service. Most cashiers can't be bothered to move quickly when lines are forming and I've witnessed one particular female manager have a number of rude interactions with employees and is oblivious to customers.

Racism? Was this a version of the Starbucks 'Waiting While Black' incident? Backstory: Last Friday morning I was passing thru Jackson and needed to pick up a couple of things so WalMart it was. This is one of those few remaining Old School Small Box Marts; kinda charming in a retro way. True to its roots, the place is frequented (and staffed) by Billy Hills and his sister wife Terri Tubetop so basically we got the entire Trump demographic for California in one convenient location. (Yes, the supposed hypocrisy of this statement is noted by myself and since it's my review it has been deemed as non-applicable to this specific event. For those who feel strongly that it IS in scope, please feel free to provide a compelling argument as to why and I'll seriously consider it. Please know - or at least have looked up - the meaning of 'compelling' before submitting your argument) Incident: Upon completing my purchase, I remained in the parking lot for some time. Lingered may be the best description of the duration which was in excess of 20 minutes. Now keep in mind that I was driving a beat to hell old truck loaded up with crap and that same description could easily have applied to my own appearance. The only distinction between Jethrow and myself was that Granny wasn't strapped atop the bed in a rocking chair. To continue, I'm sitting there looking like in-bred Jed and from across the parking lot comes a young Hispanic man who asked if I might give him a ride to the gas station. He and his girlfriend has run out of gas in what turned out to be a very nice 2017 Honda. His name if I recall correctly is Jason. Jason was well dressed, articulate and impeccably groomed. I was not. In fact, I looked like a scary dirtbag. Personally, I would not have asked ME for anything except maybe a dimebag and even that would have been as a last resort by a desperate soul with deeply seated rejection issues. Just as soon as he could ask the question, Jason was literally swooped upon by store security all FiveO style. (Note that in Jackson, it's really more like 2.5O mullet style) The undercovers wanted to know what he was up to and why was he doing it in their parking lot. It was all pretty damn rude and personally, the person they should have been watching was myself if measured by the dirt bag risk index. Jason's crime: Mexican in need of gas in good old Cracker Heights, Jackson, Ca. Bottom line is: I gave the dude a ride to AMPM and back with his gas can. I honestly felt bad that he was getting into the truck while so clean; he def. got out more dirty than he got in. So...was Walmart being racist? In my opinion yes and Jason was far more a gentleman about it than I would have been. His reason? He's used to it. No one should be 'used to it' He couldn't of been more than 21. I say shame on you Walmart. You saw a brown dude in the parking lot that wasn't a landscaper and panicked. OMG he might be robbing that dirt-ball whiteboy and we shall have none of that in our lot! Not from someone brown and well dressed who isn't trimming up our non-existent yet still crappy landscape that compliments our crappy dirty parking lot. So is the whiteboy right or wrong on this? Tell me. Just don't be a douchecanoe about it. (Remember 'compelling, k? Thanks)

The customer service is terrible! I needed help in the fish department and asked someone up at the front if they could send someone there to help me. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I got tired of waiting. I am disabled and it is hard for me to walk all over the store so I called the store, told them I was still waiting for help in the fish department and could someone please help. Nothing. I finally walked up to the front to complain and got nothing but a head nod. No suggestions on what could be done to help, nothing.

Great store to buy basic clothing such as plain T shirts and Pajamas. If you are not looking hot fancy stuff, this store will have what you looking for and price is always great. :)

Shelves are always stocked and the store is always clean. This location does have the grocery isles but it's not as big as the other Super Walmart's down the road. Never had a problem with cashiers, always friendly.

The pharmacy here is the worst. Never have what you need in stock. When you are sick you can't wait three days for them to get what you need. The employees, from the desk clerk to the pharmacist all seem irritated, angry and hostile. They border on rude all the time. The clerk does not listen to what you are asking and just keeps repeating the same answer no matter how much you try to explain your question. Will take my Rx anywhere else even though on my insurance it will cost more.
