“After my Smart car was damaged by a deer (the deer rolled off of my hood and ran away), nobody would help me get the damaged front end fixed. This was the ONLY shop that cared enough to even attempt to fix it. I am handicapped and this car means my freedom. Over the years I have owned it, it has become such a part of my life that it's the only car I have ever named. Zach did his magic by finding all of the parts needed to bring Betty back to life. It was not an easy task but I really got the impression that he really did care about me, his customer. Something that I think is few and far between these days. “Katlynn is an absolute badass! I came in looking for a specialized interior light bulb for my dad's Toyota Corolla. She spent almost an hour, if not more, helping me search for this bulb, both online and in-store. She even went as far as calling Toyota's parts department to see if she could retrieve a parts number, but unfortunately, they were closed. The service attendant was knowledgeable about my unique vehicle, which was a big plus! I also loved that I could shop at Walmart and nearby stores while staying updated on my service through text messages and a scannable barcode on my receipt. Super convenient!”
