“Recently brought in my 2016 Honda Accord for a transmission fluid change, the service was prompt and efficient. They also gave me a very generous price on the fluid itself. Overall I am very grateful I found this place. I will definitely be coming back for all of my transmission services. My ride is running like a champ!”

“Blew up the radiator in my 1985 300SD on the 108 the first time I really took the car out and gave it the beans. Found myself without tools and no way to fix it. They fixed it in a day and really did their due diligence cleaning and prepping the other parts I asked them to replace or fix. They didn't even attempt to gouge me, which was refreshing.”

“I have been to O'Reilly's Auto Parts store on Washington Street in Sonora California several times in the past week. I have found the people to be very knowledgeable and very very helpful. I am not very knowledgeable on auto parts so to be able to visit a store and get the help I needed from very knowledgeable people I was thankful for. I would not hesitate to recommend this store on Washington Street in Sonora to all my friends and anyone in need of an auto part or any of the accessories they provide.”

“I had to break my rear side window because I locked myself out while hiking up on the pass..... I purchased a replacement window but wasn't comfortable taking out the panel.....Tried calling another local Auto glass repair place and they never returned my call.... after looking around to see who was local I stopped by Norm's and talked to Dave. He was friendly, and although busy, he said come back the next business day and he could take care of things.....I came back and Yep he took care of it for me :) Great work and a reasonable price..... if I ever have to break my window again (hopefully not) or need anything else auto body related I'll definitely come see Dave here at Norm's again :)”

“I had my Subaru serviced for the first time since losing my husban. Used a coupon as it covered all the items I needed checked. The care of my car and of me was very professional and courteou. I was kept aware of where I was in the queue and given an estimate of time until the car was complete. The value of peace of mind with the safety check and service is very important to me. Thank you Vincent, you are a valued representative of Subaru!”

“Experience from beginning was perfect. Made an appointment online. They started my vehicle service promptly and finished and under a half an hour. They filled my tires up to pressure. They checked all the lights and they would’ve even vacuumed my car if I didn’t have my personal items in the way. Personnel were all friendly helpful and cheery!! Highly recommend this Walmart for oil changes.”
