Highway robbery. My truck is worse off then when I brought it in there. They made it worse, left it all disassembled and tbh they kinda just forgot about me for weeks. The guy Dave just kinda makes up fake diagnoses and charges people out the teeth for it. DO NOT GO HERE! I gave one star because the cashier lady was friendly.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible customer service and apparently no one is a man of their word in this outfit. I called and spoke with Jaden on a GMC Canyon for sale on Friday afternoon and confirmed it's availability. I told him I was interested and got approved to buy the vehicle through my personal bank in less than 30 minutes and called him back to set up a meeting to drive and purchase the vehicle Saturday afternoon. I was immediately questioned and Jaden seemed like he almost didn't believe I was approved for such an old vehicle. Jaden then told me he would not be there so he would set me up with Kenny and he would take over the sale. I expressed how much I wanted to buy this vehicle multiple times before hanging up with Jaden and at no point during the conversation did he suggest I put a deposit down or anything of that nature to "reserve" the truck. It was my understanding that we had an appointment set up for Saturday afternoon. Fast forward to Saturday, I called at 6 am and leave a voicemail, confirming once again my appointment to purchase the truck. I get nothing back until around 1:30 PM when Kenny leaves me a voicemail stating someone else, who hasn't even visited the dealership, put a "deposit" on the truck and it's now off the market. This was an hour before my appointment I made with Jaden to come view and purchase the truck. I spoke with multiple people over the phone all telling me there's nothing I can do and nothing they can do. I found out the other customer who snuck in a deposit, (again, something I was never offered), was financed through they're services, so they would make more money that way. I made my way to the dealership and they allowed me to look at and drive the truck. While I looked at the at the truck, Kenny mentioned one of the other salesmen must have had his person put a deposit to "snake" the sale because it's the end of the month. I then pleaded to Kenny and the sales "manager" I think his name was Nick but I'm not sure. He was something else. Nick was extremely rude, repeatedly calling actual facts of the situation, "your opinion," and dismissing them. Also claiming "we get people all the time who make appointments and flake, so we didn't know if you were actually going to show up." What a HORRIBLE customer service mentality that is. At the very least they shouldCalled and notified me someone was wanting to make a deposit and maybe I would have been presented the same opportunity. I asked to talk to the owner, John, and nick refused to contact him, while I was at the dealership ready to purchase the truck with Kenny, which again, was arranged. Nick told me John was "aware" of the "fiasco" going on and would talk to them about it in the morning and reach out to me. I recommended to Nick the right thing to do is to call the person who came in after me, tell them they made a huge mistake and return the deposit and apologize, and sell me the truck (the first guy who made these arrangements). Obviously that did not happen with Nick stating there was no mistake and that they're not going to "screw" the other guy, who made a measly $500 deposit, which I would have been happy to do, had i known it was an option. I called today and found out they sold the truck to the other party. When I told whoever I spoke to today a little brief synopsis of what happened, he said, "bummer." I am still blown away by the childish nature of everybody I spoke to about this truck and the situation, it felt like a bunch of teenagers running a car dealership. The summary of this complaint is the fact I made an appointment to come look at the truck at a certain date and time with no offer of a deposit, then get a call someone snuck it off the market AFTER I made the appointment. At the very least I should have been given the same opportunity to place a deposit on the truck. Instead I was treated like a flake and punished

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Sierra Motors exactly 4 moths ago. My car was brought back for the auto start stop light being on. The same day after the auto start/stop was fixed I brought it back because the water pump was leaking. They called me a couple days later and said that I needed to have it towed to a Jeep dealership and have it fixed, ok I did this. I have now had my car towed 4 times and have had 4 new water pumps put in, they have been going out every month since I bought car. I called Sierra Motors to see if they would make it right or help with something and I was told there is nothing they can do for me. This is the worst experience of purchasing a car.

I have used Sierra Motors Sales, Service and Collision Center all of which provided exemplary professional service. Most recently Steve, the service manager and Chelsea worked a complex issue on my vehicle and kept me regularly updated as they coordinated with GM on the solution. Randy and his collision team repaired some damage to my vehicle with outstanding and timely results. Overall an excellent end to end customer experience and I would recommend this team to anyone needing their services.

The fog light on the passenger side of my Corvette had come loose, due to something hitting the left front bumper, shopping cart is my guess. I made an appointment to take it in, Dave Kenny my service representative didn't just automatically write it up, but first went out to check it out. He laid down on the asphalt, 95 degrees, and reached blindly under the car and up to the fog light. I heard a couple of snaps and clicks, in about three minutes he stood up and said it should be good to go, to let him know if I had any more problems. Now that's a SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I went last Saturday to trade my car in. They called to give me a free oil change ( I've bought two cars since November 2020 from them) I told them I would happily take the free oil change and would want to check my trade in value because I would love to trade in my car. I love my car and saw the same type of car with less miles and different color that I absolutely loved. I was ready to trade my car in right then and there. Todd, which our family already hasn't had great experiences with, was the one in charge of my trade in value. We waited so long and had our 6 month old with us. We let them know ahead of time we wanted to trade in. We decided to leave and run our errands, that's when Todd finally came out. I will go elsewhere from now on. The whole experience was ridiculous. No one was even there.

I want to leave a zero star review. I just had a lift, new tires, new wheels and new tpm sensors out on my new to me 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I bought 2 months ago in pristine garage kept condition with 92 k miles on it. Complete service records were included. There's a recall on the airbag and I also wanted them to look at my passenger side power seat since it wasn't going all the way down. My boyfriend just had his airbag done there and it took 1 hour. They told me 3 hours. I came back home to them saying that I needed front brakes (already knew and I have them bought and my boyfriend is going to install). I had ONLY a suspension error message before because my air shocks were now not capable with the lift- AGAIN I KNEW!!! I got in at 4:45 pm on a Friday and my stabilatrax and ABS sensor error codes were on! The guy Keith tried telling me that my lift guy's at Showoff motor sports gave me used TPM sensors and I need to go talk to them and that his "guy" came in initially and said that the other sensors were on. I got to my boyfriends house and looked at my detailed summary of service and low and behold it ONLY says that the suspension error was on. I called right away and I handed the phone to my boyfriend as I was ready to curse him out and he told him that "hypothetically they could have jacked up my truck and then they could have hypothetically pulled the speed sensor cables too tight and we could buy the part and they would install for free!" Uh why was my Tahoe on a lift? Oh some inspection that I didn't ask for, authorize, or informed about? Airbag and seat do not involve you lifting it at all. Yes, I am a woman. Ya my address is in Modesto but I'm from Tuolumne County. I live here half the week. I have lived here since elementary school and you are f'ing me because you think I am from the valley? You saw my ER RN badge thinking that you can extort me? Didn't know my boyfriend knows a lot about vehicles, works on them, has a GMC Sierra. Nice try trying to blame someone else for breaking my sh$@! I will be there next week and this is not done! Oh ya, they charged me $80 for "diagnosis" of my seat. Lol they didn't take it out. They did nothing but push the button and ya it didn't go down so they quoted almost $1200 for a new motor for a coil that gets too tight. I YouTube it but I just didn't feel like doing it. I will now. Every other button works. Robbers!

We were stranded on vacation and Heath and the crew are going above to take great care of us. We will definitely be back when we need a vehicle because if sales is anything like service they are top notch!

I gave them another try. I just wanted and oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment which was followed up by an e-mail asking me to confirm. It was set at 10:00 am. I was hoping the dealer would be a less expensive option for oil. However when I showed up on time. I was immediately asked if I would be leaving the vehicle? The wait would be 1 1/2 hours. It is confounding to me that if one makes an appointment, and is on time, you still have to wait for 90 minutes. More so, the service advisor seemed unapologetic and uncaring. I know it does not take 1 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. This is inexcusable. Instead I went to Jiffy Lube in Oakdale. I was out in 25 minutes.

I had a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 HD which GM wanted to exchange due to issues. I had purchased it out of state. After a year of looking for a dealership to help Sierra volunteered. Todd and Mike put me at easy and ordered my replacement truck. They kept me informed on the progress and were very honest and helpful. Once my new truck arrived they waited nor GM to get all the paperwork in order and did the transaction. They were amazing!! They don't get anything for doing this yet they treated my wife and I as if we were long time customers how had purchased several cars from them. They have earned a new customer and I highly recommend working with them an all your GM purchases. I will be a loyal customer from now on. It's worth the drive. No games or garbage. I felt like family!! Rick and Lisa

I boke down in Yosemite of all places. 4 wheel broke and would not go back to two wheel. Got a tow out to Sierra. Really good honest people. The part would take two weeks to get. They fixed it to 2 wheel so I could get home for no charge. I wish them many blessings. Not a lot of people like that anymore! CN

Been taking to Chevy generally nice except for the one time I had to deal with a very rude rep, she ignored me while I waited for help . I came in for a brake change appt n she said we would have to do service check first 150 dollars . then calls me an ask me if I want my brakes changed that's why I came for hello she gives me a quote 695 dollars i said no I'll come get it . Then she says it wasn't ready yet , she would call me when the car was ready . No call back I had used their complimentary service for a ride home after I dropped car. She never called me back to have their complimentary service ride to pick me up to get my car , n my car was stuck there overnight . When I called her to confront the issue she denied it After confronting her, Every time I called back she let it go to messaging or put me on hold and left me on hold . Then she claimed she called me n let me know the car was ready . Saying the car was ready that they only drove the car to see if brakes needed repair really for 175 when I originally came in for brake replacement appt in the first place . the 175 was an $25 overcharge on top of it all . I've been going here years n never had any problems before . when I come in now I will not go to her desk . otherwise the rest of the staff always has been helpful i will post picture of the overcharge n unneeded inspection . I don't like giving negative review to a place that I like . Generally the boss try's to help me when I call on my options and cost and helped choose the brakes that were sufficient ,scheduled me I still go there but I make sure I get a good rep

Very poor customer service here. Sales Rep was very rude and unprofessional. He thinks he can just belittle the customers and talk down to them. Good luck making sales buddy.
