I recently needed an appraisal for an estate and Rick was very easy to work with by phone, arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time and was very professional and thorough. The appraisal was delivered within the time frame I was told it would be. I will definitely use Magistrali Appraisal again should the need arise.
