I gave 3 stars because the sales and service team are friendly but I recently took my Silverado 3500HD for the first oil service and told them how I felt about doing all services on all my vehicles myself and knew it would be done to my expectations if I did it. But I also knew keeping it documented with GM by having them do it would be the best route. I was told they would take care of everything and go above and beyond, including checking all fluids and topping everything off. However, after driving home, my DEF light turned on, indicating it was well below half, I literally added about 5 gallons of DEF myself. Now, I question the whole service visit of what was completed and checked. I was specifically told they would fill my DEF, and that did not happen. How do I really know that everything else was completed the way it should have been. Then I called back to question this complaint, even leaving a voice-mail with the service writer, and now it's been a few days without even a call back to apologize for the simple mistake. Now, here I am writing this review. I came here because my purchasing dealer was a joke. Now I question this dealership as well. I probably won't be back unless I get a phone call that I deserve.

I just recently had brought my car into the Body Shop for work then to the Service Department for a recall. Tim in the body who inspected my car was great. He did a throughout check on my vehicle for any damages not visible and was reassuring that the work would be done promptly. Jimmy the “ Body Shop Manager” was also pleasant. The paint job that was done was flawless. Chelsea over in the Service Office is always a joy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about her co workers Dave Kenny and Caitlyn Ball either. The whole office is professional and hard workers. I needed a part ordered for my vehicle and Dennis the Parts Manager made that happen quickly. His parts guys Jared and Donnie are wonderful too. The gals in the office also a delight. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at this dealership. The employees are what makes Sierra Motors great.

Dave in the service department came through. As a professional mechanic I do not normally trust taking my vehicle to dealerships for diagnosing the faults on my personal vehicles. However, Sierra motors worked with me in getting my 2016 Suburban back in action and I do truly appreciate this.

Extremely overpriced shop with many inexperienced mechanics. They had a trainee work on my car, but charged me top dollar and could not even fix the problem. Could not be more disappointed with their work and pricing. Unbelievable.

My family used to own this dealership back when it was Kelley Motors. Obviously we don’t own it now through a series of unfortunate events we haven’t owned it since the 2000s. Hope it’s still running well and doing good, my great grandpa John’s business. Just nice to see it’s still there.

Frank Rathburn was super knowledgeable and helpful. After a couple of preliminary fact-finding visits to Sierra Motors, Frank assisting us each time, we had learned enough about trucks to select a very nice new vehicle on our third trip to Sierra. Highway robbery. My truck is worse off then when I brought it in there. They made it worse, left it all disassembled and tbh they kinda just forgot about me for weeks. The guy Dave just kinda makes up fake diagnoses and charges people out the teeth for it. DO NOT GO HERE! I gave one star because the cashier lady was friendly.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible customer service and apparently no one is a man of their word in this outfit. I called and spoke with Jaden on a GMC Canyon for sale on Friday afternoon and confirmed it's availability. I told him I was interested and got approved to buy the vehicle through my personal bank in less than 30 minutes and called him back to set up a meeting to drive and purchase the vehicle Saturday afternoon. I was immediately questioned and Jaden seemed like he almost didn't believe I was approved for such an old vehicle. Jaden then told me he would not be there so he would set me up with Kenny and he would take over the sale. I expressed how much I wanted to buy this vehicle multiple times before hanging up with Jaden and at no point during the conversation did he suggest I put a deposit down or anything of that nature to "reserve" the truck. It was my understanding that we had an appointment set up for Saturday afternoon. Fast forward to Saturday, I called at 6 am and leave a voicemail, confirming once again my appointment to purchase the truck. I get nothing back until around 1:30 PM when Kenny leaves me a voicemail stating someone else, who hasn't even visited the dealership, put a "deposit" on the truck and it's now off the market. This was an hour before my appointment I made with Jaden to come view and purchase the truck. I spoke with multiple people over the phone all telling me there's nothing I can do and nothing they can do. I found out the other customer who snuck in a deposit, (again, something I was never offered), was financed through they're services, so they would make more money that way. I made my way to the dealership and they allowed me to look at and drive the truck. While I looked at the at the truck, Kenny mentioned one of the other salesmen must have had his person put a deposit to "snake" the sale because it's the end of the month. I then pleaded to Kenny and the sales "manager" I think his name was Nick but I'm not sure. He was something else. Nick was extremely rude, repeatedly calling actual facts of the situation, "your opinion," and dismissing them. Also claiming "we get people all the time who make appointments and flake, so we didn't know if you were actually going to show up." What a HORRIBLE customer service mentality that is. At the very least they shouldCalled and notified me someone was wanting to make a deposit and maybe I would have been presented the same opportunity. I asked to talk to the owner, John, and nick refused to contact him, while I was at the dealership ready to purchase the truck with Kenny, which again, was arranged. Nick told me John was "aware" of the "fiasco" going on and would talk to them about it in the morning and reach out to me. I recommended to Nick the right thing to do is to call the person who came in after me, tell them they made a huge mistake and return the deposit and apologize, and sell me the truck (the first guy who made these arrangements). Obviously that did not happen with Nick stating there was no mistake and that they're not going to "screw" the other guy, who made a measly $500 deposit, which I would have been happy to do, had i known it was an option. I called today and found out they sold the truck to the other party. When I told whoever I spoke to today a little brief synopsis of what happened, he said, "bummer." I am still blown away by the childish nature of everybody I spoke to about this truck and the situation, it felt like a bunch of teenagers running a car dealership. The summary of this complaint is the fact I made an appointment to come look at the truck at a certain date and time with no offer of a deposit, then get a call someone snuck it off the market AFTER I made the appointment. At the very least I should have been given the same opportunity to place a deposit on the truck. Instead I was treated like a flake and punished

He listened and put are needs first to secure the vehicle we wanted through negotiations on getting the best trade-in values for two vehicles we offered to make financing comfortable for us.

2nd car with Sierra Motors. First was a lease, then I purchased a couple year old used SUV. They were up front and honest about how much they could take off the sticker price, and how much they would buy back my leased SUV.Had an issue as soon as I left the lot, but Sierra Motors quickly took care of me.Would recommend to a friend.
