I have stayed at ALL the casino hotels at one time or another. Jamul Casino and resort is by far # 1. Five stars is putting it lightly. Exceptional service, by everyone, every department. The most amazing buffet for breakfast and dinner that ONLY JAMUL OFFERS, by RESERVATION ONLY. My room was outstanding!!! Pillows..unbelievable, bed amazing. Pool, Signature Club nice, gym outstanding, also the amazing pool. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Max and YouTube from your bed if you have those channels, Bluetooth speaker, stocked mini bar. The bathroom is already stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and handwash. We actually enjoyed the hotel so much that we didn't go down to the casino til 8:00🤣. Broken or fake Purell Sanitizer machines in the food court. All didn't work. Busy weekend. Quite irritating.

This was a great experience, This was a nice drive out of the city you will not believe the drive up there so beautiful. The inside was off the chang. Table games slots machines poker game, this is the place to go.

First time visiting jamul casino resort in the morning and using the valet, Jeremy the valet attendant was very friendly. Answered all the questions about the casino that we had and told us where to retrieve my vehicle. Definitely will be coming back!

Jeremy helped us out at the valet when we were coming in and was so professional and welcoming. When we left Ned was the valet attendant that retrieved our vehicle he was very professional and ask how we did today and told us what the promotion was for tomorrow
